FIGURE 1. RAxML tree based on a combined LSU, ITS and RPB2 sequence dataset. Bayesian posterior probabilities (PP) above 0.95 and ML bootstrap proportion (BP) greater than 75% are presented at the nodes as BP/PP. Branches with more than 75% bootstrap (ML/ MP) and 0.95 (PP) are thickened. The original isolate numbers are noted after the species names. The new taxa isolates are in bold. The scale bar shows 0.05 changes and the tree is rooted to Melanomma pulvis-pyrius (CBS 124080).
