Metadata for the urbisphere-Paris campaign during 2022-2024: fieldwork maintenance log [L1]
<p>Machine-readable, formatted and redacted electronic fieldwork logs from the urbisphere-Paris observation campaign conducted between 2022-09-05 and 2024-07-22 in Paris, France. Provided in text format with comma separated columns (.csv) and in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format.</p> <p>The fieldwork logs are created from raw google form data submitted by campaign managers, scientists, technicinas and students. The formatting process is detailed in https://github.com/Urban-Meteorology-Reading/urbisphere-paris-fieldwork-log-format. The GitHub output has then been manually edited and adjusted.</p> <p>Contains maintenance information for the following observational sites operated as part of the urbisphere Paris campaign 2022 - 2024:</p> <table> <tbody> <tr> <td>PAARBO</td> <td>Paris – Arboretum de Vallée-aux-Loups </td> </tr> <tr> <td>PAAUNA</td> <td>Paris – Aunay-sous-Auneau</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PABOBI</td> <td>Paris – Bobigny</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PABONN</td> <td>Paris – Bonniel</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PABPAC</td> <td>Paris – Balloon Parc Andre Citroën</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PACHAM</td> <td>Paris – Chamant</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PACHAN</td> <td>Paris – Changis-sur-Marne </td> </tr> <tr> <td>PACHEM</td> <td>Paris – Chemin Vert Bobigny</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PACOMP</td> <td>Paris – Compiègne</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PACOUR</td> <td>Paris – Courdimanche-sur-Essonne</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PACRET</td> <td>Paris – Créteil</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PADENF</td> <td>Paris – Denfert Rocherau </td> </tr> <tr> <td>PADROU</td> <td>Paris – Droue Sur Drouette</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PAHOTE</td> <td>Paris – Hôtel de Ville</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PAJUSS</td> <td>Paris – Jussieu </td> </tr> <tr> <td>PALUPD</td> <td>Paris – Université Paris Diderot (LISA Platform)</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PAMEUD</td> <td>Paris – Meudon</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PANANG</td> <td>Paris – Nangis</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PANATI</td> <td>Paris – Rue Nationale</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PAPRUN</td> <td>Paris – Prunay-le-Temple</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PAROIS</td> <td>Paris – Roissy</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PAROMA</td> <td>Paris – Romainville</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PASIRT</td> <td>Paris – SIRTA Observatory Palaiseau</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PASTFE</td> <td>Paris – Saint Félix</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PAWYDT</td> <td>Paris – Wy-dit-Joli-Village</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p> </p>

Refined Land cover for Beijing, Shanghai, Ningbo in China and Paris Region, Velika Gorica, Aarhus in Europe under different scenarios in 2030
<p>Europe and China Refined Land Cover 2030 (ECRLC2030) was derived from historical landcover observations, natural geographical, location, and socio-economic factors and the Conversion of Land Use and its Effects at Small Regional Extent model (CLUE-S). With a spatial resolution of 60m, landcover under three different scenarios were simulated: the business-as-usual scenario (BAU), the market-liberal scenario (MLS), and the ecological protection scenario (EPS).</p>

Artificial COVID-19 Cases in Paris and Geographic Data Useful for Geomasking
<p>Artificial dataset of addresses of COVID-19 cases in Paris. The dataset was created to test geomasking techniques to be used on the real data collected by the French health administration. The dataset was used in the paper "Geographically Masking Addresses to Study COVID-19 Clusters" by Walid Houfaf-Khoufaf and Guillaume Touya. The dataset contains the following files:</p> <ul> <li>roads_paris_IGN.shp contains the road lines from IGN France in Paris;</li> <li>buildings_paris_IGN.shp contains the building polygons from IGN France in Paris (useful to aggregate points to building groups);</li> <li>faces.shp contains the blocks built from the roads (useful to aggregate points to blocks);</li> <li>ban_75.shp contains all the address points in Paris from the open BAN database.</li> <li>artificial_COVID_cases.csv contains the artificial COVID cases generated from 3 months in 2020 in the Paris area.</li> </ul> <p> </p>

Data for study "Realisation of Paris Agreement pledges may limit warming just below 2°C"
<p>This is the data repository with country-level data and individual scenario data for the study “Realisation of Paris Agreement pledges may limit warming just below 2°C”. Please find below a description of the different data sources available. </p> <p><strong>Emissions Scenario Data (scenarios_12Nov2021a_CR.csv). </strong>The complete set of infilled and extended emissions for each scenario presented in the study. The emissions timeseries span from 2015 to 2100 for 52 emissions species required to run MAGICC7.</p> <p><strong>Scenario Statistics Table (stats_12Nov2021a_CR_short.csv).</strong> Summary statistics for the scenarios used in the sensitivity study. Statistics available include Exceedance probabilities, peak warming, year of peak warming and warming in 2100.</p> <p><strong>Supplementary Table S1 (supplementary_table-s1.csv) - </strong>Estimate of total GHG emissions (excl. LULUCF) in 1990, 2010, 2019 and for 2025 and 2030 under the NDCs. The ‘lower’ and ‘higher’ end of the range span the four cases of full implementation and ‘unconditional-only’ NDC quantification, with their respective ranges (e.g. Australia’s 26%-28% target). Historical data based on country-level data in NDCs and PRIMAP-hist CR. Aggregation of CO2, CH4, N2O, HFCs, PFCs, and SF6 emissions performed in GWP-100 AR6 metrics. Note that the common reporting guidelines under the Paris Agreement’s transparency framework currently chose GWP-100 AR5 metric as default (Decision 5/CMA.3, UNFCCC, 2021).</p> <p><strong>Supplementary Table S2 (supplementary_table-s2.csv) </strong>An estimate of potentially additional methane reductions if the Global Methane Pledge were implemented on a country-by-country level with a 30% reduction. Of the 104 countries signed up by 2 Nov 2018, 101 are here considered (with no sufficient methane data availability for Niue, Palau and Federal State of Micronesia).<strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Scenario Timeseries (timeseries_12Nov2021a_CR.csv). </strong>Surface Temperature and Kyoto Greenhouse Gas emissions excluding CO2 AFOLU for NDC scenarios presented in the study.<strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>IEA Scenario Timeseries (timeseries_IEA.csv). </strong>Surface Temperature and Kyoto Greenhouse Gas emissions excluding CO2 AFOLU for the IEA scenarios presented in the study.</p> <p>Contact Jared Lewis <jared.lewis@climate-resource.com> for additional data about the target scenarios.</p>
