<p>This dataset contains sea surface temperature data in Celsius (°C) and lux intensity readings from a HOBO Pendant light with serial number 20519742. Start record: 6/01/2022, End record: 11/02/2023. Data was recorded every 30 minutes. The sensor was anchored at a depth of 9.13 meters, with a latitude of 62° 12' 11.73'' S and a longitude of 58° 56' 35.87'' W, in Antarctica. Capturing local nuisance flooding events with HOBO pendant G data loggers in Key West, Florida US
<p>Flooding impacts social, economic, and landscape systems globally. Changing climate and growing coastal populations exacerbate the outcomes of environmental hazards. Due to the spatial variability in exposure and vulnerability, coastal flooding must be understood at high spatial and temporal resolutions. This paper presents a novel deployment technique using inexpensive accelerometers to measure local floods. The technique is tested in Key West, FL, USA using storm drains to deploy HOBO pendant G data loggers. The feasibility of the method is tested by a team of local stakeholders and researchers through four deployments between July 2019 – November 2021. All deployments resulted in 22 sensors successfully recording data, with 15 of these sensors recording flooding. Sensors captured an average of 13.58 inundation events causing the storm drains to be inundated on average 12.07% of the deployment time. Measured inundation events coincide with local National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) water level measurements of high tides, which shows that high-tide inundation is captured by the accelerometers. Accelerometers are easy to deploy and accurately capture the duration of local flooding. Access to an effective and inexpensive sensor for measuring flood events can increase opportunities to measure local-scale hazards and collect important information with participation by interested parties (e.g., local governments, homeowners, schools etc.). The ease of use and successful recording of loggers can give communities access to flooding data, and in turn, increase their capacity to make data-informed decisions surrounding sea level rise adaptation. </p>

3D models of bead, pendant and softstone vessel fragments found during the 2021 excavations at Kalba (K4)
<p>The 3D models of the three objects were created within the joint excavations project at Kalba (K4), United Arab Emirates, of the Sharjah Archaeology Authority (SAA), the Austrian Archaeological Institute (OeAI) of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (OeAW) and the Leibniz-Zentrum für Archäologie (LEIZA).</p> <p>For each object the following data are available: 3D model with colour values reflecting the curvature (MSII filter) in ply format, texture image for the 3D model in png format, metadata of the 3D acquisition and processing in ttl and json format.</p> <p>The 3D models were created with the Structure from Motion (SfM) technique using Agisoft Metashape software. The images were taken with a Nikon Z50 mirrorless camera and a 90 mm lens. The models obtained were post-processed using GigaMesh (https://gigamesh.eu) to calculate curvature with the MSII built-in filter and to create scaled 2D views. The export of the 3D metadata with information about the 3D model and the 3D acquisition and processing was done with pyhton scripts in agisoft metashape (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7468298).</p>

<p>L'IIH est une mesure territoriale de l'impact humain sur les terres, estimée à partir de plusieurs indicateurs anthropiques globaux dont : la pression démographique (densité de population), l'utilisation des terres et les infrastructures (zones bâties, éclairage nocturne, utilisation des terres/couverture des terres) et l'accessibilité (littoral, routes, voies ferrées, rivières navigables). Un modèle de régression a indiqué la forte dépendance de la baisse du NO<sub>2</sub> par rapport à l'IIH lors des mesures de confinement en avril 2020 (R<sup>2</sup> = 0,91) dans les départements du Grand Est.</p>

A complete lead alloy pendant probably dating from the Medieval or Post-Medieval period, circa AD 1400-1800. The probable pendant is irregular in shape with a circular piercing located at the upper edge. The piercing has an internal diameter of 7.4 mm. Below this is a sub oval section which almost looks like a gloved hand holding something. The reverse has a folded ridge.
