Main actors are international organizations, such as the World Bank, Asia Development Bank (ADB), next to the EU and national governments. </p> <p>Matthias Stepan has compiled the information in the period 2009-2013. It has been part of his dissertation project at VU University Amsterdam. </p>

The file contains an overview of provincial level data for the fiscal year 2019. </p> <p>Matthias Stepan has compiled the data and information in March 2023 to complement the findings of the research he conducted for his dissertation project at VU University Amsterdam. </p>
