Identification of clinically relevant T cell receptors for personalized T cell therapy using combinatorial algorithms
<p>Single-cell RNA (scRNA) and single-cell TCR (scTCR)-sequencing data data for patients number 11, 12 and 14 from the article " Identification of clinically relevant T-cell receptors for personlized T-cell therapy". </p> <p>Each compressed file contains two subfolders. One is for the scRNA-seq (GEX-sequencing) and the other for the scTCR-seq (VDJ-sequencing). </p> <p>In the original article, scRNA-seq and scTCR-seq were aligned to the GRCh38 reference genome using <em>cellranger count </em>(10X Genomics, version 3.0.1) and <em>vdj </em>(10X Genomics, version 3.1.0) respectively. The subsequent data processing was performed using Seurat library (V.4.3.0) on R Statistical Software (V.4.0.3).</p>

<p>The dataset is collected by a COTS, Freqency Modulated Continuous Wave radar and an RGB-D camera. The dataset has been collected from 9 recruited individuals, which are instructed to walk behind the obstacle in an inbound/outbound manner, with each subject perfoms 5 consecutive minutes of walking. Confusion Matrices for Person Identification using E-Nose
<p>The Validation results folder contains results from the classification problem. This zip file contains confusion matrices for each participant with each configuration and the cumulative classifier for each configuration. Each confusion matrix shows the detailed classification results of a test set containing 18 positive and 486 negative samples.</p> <p>The CrossValidation results folder contains results from cross-validation. This zip file only contains cumulative confusion matrices for each configuration. The confusion matrices here show the test set which should contain approximately 54 positive samples and 1456 negative samples.</p> <p>The filename for each confusion matrix shows what they represent, and are in the form of 'CM_<Classifier name>_P<Participant No./Cumulative>_BL<Breath Length>_REF <Reference Value used>'</p> <p>Reference value refers to using either relative, absolute, or both signals together.</p>
