Solar and meteorological data collected from the Observatoire du Piton de La Fournaise station (La Réunion) by the ENERGY-lab at the University of La Reunion between July 2016 and December 2018

Scientific data provided by ENERGY-lab located at the University of La Reunion. These data come from solar and meteorological stations present in the following territories: La Reunion, Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles and South Africa. A THREDDS Data Server was created as part of the IOS-net (Indian Ocean Solar Network, https://galilee.univ-reunion.fr) project which aims to study the solar field and the optimisation of intelligent solar energy systems in the countries of the IOC (Indian Ocean Commission). These data are served by Unidata's Thematic Realtime Environmental Distributed Data Services (THREDDS) Data Server (TDS) in a variety of interoperable data services and output formats.

Dataset is available from the THREDDS Data Server to this url: https://galilee.univ-reunion.fr/thredds/catalog/dataStations/catalog.html.

Data are also viewable and exploitable on the mobile application of the IOS-net project. The SolarIO app is downloadable in all stores.

ENERGY-lab data may be reused, provided that related metadata explaining the data has been reviewed by the user, and that the data are appropriately acknowledged.

Reciprocal SEM simulations of seismic impulse response at Piton de la Fournaise volcano

This Dataset contains synthetic seismic signals simulated using the Spectral Element Method (SEM) for the study of rockfall seismic signals at Piton de la Fournaise volcano. Synthetic signals from both a reference model with flat surface and a model with Dolomieu crater surface topography of 10m resolution are contained.

The simulations were carried out reciprocally for seismometers BON, BOR, DSO and SNE, implementing surface point force in form of a 7Hz Ricker wavelet directed vertically ('vertical_Z'), eastwards ('horizontal_E'), and northwards ('horizontal_N').

The respective source position is stored in 'source.txt' and the measurement positions in 'stations.txt'. The 'traces'-folder contains a file corresponding to each station with 7 columns including simulation time t, ground displacement s and ground velocity v:
Time t (s) | East s_X (m) | North s_Y (m) | Vertical s_Z (m)| East v_X (m/s) | North v_Y (m/s) | Vertical v_Z (m/s)

Sampling frequency: 100Hz

Sentinel-1 interferograms and weather-based tropospheric delays maps (ERA5, GACOS) for two volcanoes: Piton de la Fournaise and Merapi

InSAR Sentinel-1 dataset and weather-based models used in the paper "Benefits of GNSS local observations compared to global weather-based models for InSAR tropospheric corrections over tropical volcanoes: case studies of Piton de la Fournaise and Merapi" by Albino et al. (2024).

The two zip files are associated with the two targets: REUNION_ISLAND and MERAPI. The directories "ERA5" and "GACOS" contain the GACOS and ERA5 tropospheric delay maps per epoch in geotiff format, respectively. The directory "INTERFEROGRAM" contains the unwrapped interferograms in geotiff format. The "AUX" directory contains the DEM and incidence angle in geotiff format.
