Germination trials were repeated for seed batches collected in 2008 and 2009, which were subjected to cold storage (5 ̊C) before the germination procedures (2008/WC and 2009/WC) and immediately germinated (non-cold storage; 2009/NC). Mean values of germination speed index (GSI; seeds/day) of the three seed batches are shown. Different lowercase letters among means show significant differences (p <0.05), according to LSD test.
