FIGURE 5 in Morphological and molecular characterization of Travassosinema claudiae n. sp. (Oxyuridomorpha: Travassosinematidae) from the Japanese millipede Parafontaria laminata (Attems, 1909) (Polydesmida: Xystodesmidae)
FIGURE 5. Bayesian inference (BI) trees inferred from D2-D3 LSU rDNA (A) and 18S SSU rDNA (B) for several species of the superfamily Thelastomatoidea (Nematoda: Oxyuridomorpha). Ascaris lumbricoides was used as outgroup taxon. Values at the nodes correspond to posterior probability (>0.95)/bootstrap (>75).

FIGURE 3. Maximum likelihood (ML) tree inferred from the D2–D3 domains of the 28S rDNA gene for several species of the superfamily Thelastomatoidea (Nematoda: Oxyuridomorpha). Nodal support was assessed with the Shimodaira-Hasegawa approximate likelihood ratio test (SH-aLRT) and the ultrafast bootstrap (UFBoot), both performed with 1000 replicates. Newly obtained sequence in bold. Two species of Cucullanus and one of Truttaedacnitis (Ascaridomorpha: Cucullanidae) were used as outgroup taxa. The nodes were considered well supported when SH-aLRT≥80 and UFBoot≥95.
