Supplementary Materials for "Transcriptome responses to heat and cold stress in prepupae of Trichogramma chilonis"

Prepupae of T. chilonis were exposed to 10 (T1), 25 (T2), and 40°C (T3) for 4 h. Transcriptome of each group was sequenced. Comparison analysis was further performed to explore the molecular response to temperature stresses. These supplementary materials could provide us with a comprehensive view of the molecular mechanisms of T. chilonis in response to temperature stresses.
