WSC - Leaf area index (LAI) at various points within Wibu field site, 2012-2014
Leaf area index (LAI) measurements collected at various points within the Wibu field site between 2012-2014. Measurements were collected approximately weekly from plant emergence until appr. 1 month past the onset of senescence. The Wibu field site is a commercial agricultural field, which grew corn in the 2012, 2013, and 2014 growing seasons; therefore, these are all LAI values for corn. See Zipper and Loheide (2014) Ag. For. Met. for more information about the field site and use of the LAI data.

Global Extra-tropical Circulation Database based on the Jenkinson-Collison Classification calculated with 6-hourly mean sea-level pressure fields from various reanalysis datasets

Dataset Description

Global Extra-tropical Circulation Database based on the Jenkinson-Collison Classification calculated with 6-hourly mean sea-level pressure fields from several reanalysis datasets. This dataset is the result of an extension of the Jenkinson-Collison circulation type classification to the entire globe, including a modification of its original formulation for the southern hemisphere.

A modified version of the IPCC-AR6 Reference Regions that excludes the intertropical range where the method is not applicable is also included, as used in the reference paper for global assessment.

Further details in https://doi.org/10.1007/s00382-022-06658-7

Note for version 1.1.0

This version corrects an issue in the previous release, which was incorrectly labeled as version 0.1. That version was incomplete due to the omission of previously existing files, and should be considered incomplete. Version 1.1.0 restores all original files alongside the newly added one, ensuring the dataset is now complete and consistent. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

Dataset of "Molecular Dynamics Simulations Unveil the Aggregation Patterns and Salting out of Polyarginines at Zwitterionic POPC Bilayers in Solutions of Various Ionic Strengths"

Molecular dynamics simulations are performed for a series of model cell-penetrating peptides (in particular nona-arginines) in aqueous solutions, in contact with model phosphocholine (POPC) membranes in conditions of different ionic strengths. The unusual aggregation properties of peptides at model lipid bilayers are analyzed and different sizes and lifetimes of aggregates are presented.
This dataset contains molecular dynamics simulation data with trajectories, input files, and topology files for all studied systems. They contain low peptide concentration in water, low NaCl concentration, high NaCl concentration, low CaCl2 concentration, and high CaCl2 concentration.
In addition to low peptide concentration, high peptide concentration in water, low NaCl concentration, high NaCl concentration, low CaCl2 concentration, and high CaCl2 concentration are also studied.

Interactive maps for the visualization of ESRIUM automated driving tests with various EGNSS localization solutions

In order to make the test results available to a broader audience in an easy manner, we have generated interactive maps. These maps are attached to this report and can be viewed in a web-browser.

Due to the large number of datasets, we have color-coded them on the map and in the menu. An arbitrary number of datasets can be selected at a time.

Due to the high accuracy of the EGNSS receivers, one can clearly identify the lane on which the vehicle was driving, and where the vehicle was performing a lane-change. However, the satellite/areal-images are not perfectly geo-referenced, thus one can notice a slight offset between satellite/areal-images and real-world lanes.

How to use the map?

The map can be used in a similar manner than other map-applications, such as google maps. By using the mouse, you can set the focus on the area of your interest. By using the +/- buttons (top left), you can zoom in/out.

By hovering over the layer-symbol (top right), a popup emerges.
