Annual number of records in the Web of Science (WoS) database for each year, based on a combined search of '<em>sustainability</em>' and search terms for one of the three <em>sustainability</em> strategies: <em>efficiency</em> (square), <em>consistency</em> (also known as <em>eco-effectiveness</em>, circle), and <em>sufficiency</em> (diamond). Data extracted on November 8, 2024.</p>
