Sky irradiance over photosynthetically active radiation wavelengths (400-700 nm) recorded shipboard during the Antarctic Circumnavigation Expedition (ACE) during the Austral Summer of 2016/2017.
<p><strong>Dataset abstract</strong></p> <p>This dataset contains high resolution records of sky irradiance over photosynthetically active radiation wavelengths (PAR; 400-700 nm) recorded shipboard during the Antarctic Circumnavigation Expedition (ACE) Leg 1-3. A hemispherical PAR sensor was fixed to the bow of the RV Akademik Tryoshnikov ship at approximately 2 metres height above the main deck and continuously recorded the irradiance over PAR wavelengths (400-700 nm) at 1 minute intervals from 21st December 2016 to the 16th March 2017. Dataset of "Perovskite QDs embedded in polymer as a wavelength-shifting layer for UV-sensitized silicon sensors"
<p>Detection of UV radiation is becoming increasingly important for many applications. Here we present novel UV sensor construction on the basis of standard Si detector modification. Wavelength shifting mechanism is achieved by the luminescence effect of perovskite quantum dots embedded in polymer layers. We comprehensively characterize these composite materials, various sensor modification routes and the optical properties of UV-enhanced visible sensors. Modified S1227-16 BG silicon photodiodes and S13360-1375 CS MPPC photodetectors with the enhanced UV response are successively manufactured.micrographs; cross sections of model simulation or prediction (MSP).</p>

<p>Diffraction images of SeMet labeled crystals of a fragment of human plectin that includes the first and second spectrin repeats (SR1-SR2) of the plakin domain. The two Cys in the wild type sequence were replaced by Ala.</p> <p>This Se-Met MAD dataset was used for the <em>de novo</em> phasing of the pdb entry 2ODV (http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/explore/explore.do?structureId=2ODV).</p> <p> </p> <p>Data was collected at the BM14 beamline of the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF, Grenoble, France) using a Mar CCD detector. Data from the same crystal were collected at two wavelengths :</p> <ul> <li>Remote wavelength (0.9185 Å): 180 images (1 degree oscillation per image).</li> <li>Peak wavelength ( 0.9785 Å): 360 images (1 degree oscillation per image).</li> </ul>

<p>The data contain computational results obtained with the ADDA program at wavelengths 532 nm and 1064 nm, for particle sizes 0.04, 0.06, ..., 1.5 micrometers (where size = volume-equivalent dry radius), and for salt mass fractions 0.91, 0.94, 0.97, 1.00. The content of the data files is described in the README file.</p>
