AIM aggregated dataset of normal driving behavior at intersections
<p>As part of the Application Platform for Intelligent Mobility (AIM), the traffic situation of an intersection in Braunschweig (Germany) was recorded in order to better understand the behavior of road users. In the project L3pilot, the normal driving behavior at the intersection was analyzed. We focused on kinematic and interaction behaviour of a vehicle (turning left or right, going straight) with oncoming road users (VRU and motorised vehicles) and with lead vehicle. Altogether, 30 days of trajectory data of different months of 2018 and 2019 of the relevant scenarios were analyzed. The datasets include the aggregated parameters in the following scenarios: </p> <ul> <li>Scenario L1: left turning following vehicle from West to North interacting with the lead vehicle from West to Dataset - Papyrus 05.4 - A large scale curated dataset aimed at bioactivity predictions
<div> <p>This repository contains the version 05.5 of the Papyrus dataset, an aggregated dataset of small molecule bioactivities, as described in the article "Papyrus - A large scale curated dataset aimed at bioactivity predictions" <a href="https://doi.org/10.26434/chemrxiv-2021-1rxhk">https://doi.org/10.26434/chemrxiv-2021-1rxhk</a>.</p> <p> </p> <p>With the ongoing rapid growth of publicly available ligand-protein bioactivity data, there is a trove of valuable data that can be used to train a plethora of machine learning algorithms. However, not all data is equal in terms of size and quality and a significant portion of researchers’ time is needed to adapt the data to their needs. On top of that, finding the right data for a research question can often be a challenge on its own. To meet these challenges we have constructed the Papyrus dataset. Papyrus is comprised of around 60 million datapoints. This dataset contains multiple large publicly available datasets such as ChEMBL and ExCAPE-DB combined with several smaller datasets containing high-quality data. The aggregated data has been standardised and normalised in a manner that is suitable for machine learning. We show how data can be filtered in a variety of ways and also perform some example quantitative structure-activity relationship analyses and proteochemometric modelling. Our ambition is that this pruned data collection constitutes a benchmark set that can be used for constructing predictive models, while also providing a solid baseline for related research.</p> </div>

Monitoring feedback to authors on the quality of trials evaluating interventions aimed at preventing and treating COVID-19
<p>We aimed to assess transparency of reporting and risk of bias of randomized trials evaluating interventions aimed at preventing and treating COVID-19.</p> <p>This review is part of a larger project: the COVID-NMA project (Boutron 2020a). The COVID-NMA project aims to provide decision-makers with a complete, high-quality and up-to-date synthesis of evidence on interventions for the prevention and treatment of COVID 19. For this purpose, we perform a living mapping of all registered randomized controlled trials and a living evidence synthesis of data from RCTs. We developed a master protocol on the effect of all interventions for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 (first published on April 8, 2020; an update on May 11, 2020, June 17, 2020, and September 8, 2020) (Boutron 2020b). We set-up a platform (<a href="https://covid-nma.com/">https://covid-nma.com</a>) where all our results are made available and updated weekly.</p>
Dataset - Papyrus 2024 - A large scale curated dataset aimed at bioactivity predictions
<p><strong>This update of release 2024.1 fixes the following:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Metadata in the columns <em>type_IC50</em>, <em>type_EC50</em>, <em>type_KD</em>, <em>type_Ki</em>, and <em>type_other</em> did not contain multiple values when multiple pChEMBL values where available but reported only a single value. This fix ensures all values are reported.</li> <li>Molecules were incorrectly standardized and mixtures were included in the dataset. As a result, the number of entries in the Papyrus++ set from this release has drastically reduced compared to previous releases.</p>

AIMS - Earth Observation Satellite Data of Wave and Wind in the Tyrrhenian Sea
<p>This dataset is part of the AIMS project (Artificial Intelligence to Monitor our Seas), which has the vision to develop and validate novel Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to unlock the true potential of remote monitoring and enable a faster transition to a climate neutral society and economy: the AI algorithms will leverage the advantages of usual monitoring methodologies of the features of waves and offshore wind, and eventually overcome their intrinsic limitations. The value and resolution of sparse measurements of satellites and unevenly-distributed in-situ instruments will be increased, hence leading to a significant reduction of the cost and execution time of data collection, ultimately making knowledge wider and more accessible.</p> <p>In particular, this dataset aggregates earth observation satellite data from 10 different satellites, measureing the significant wave height and the wind speed at 10 meters above sea leavel in the Tyrrhenian Sea, from January 2021 to May 2024.</p>

<p>These data were generated using the AIMS interaction scoring function as outlined in the manuscript "A Systematic Characterization of Germline-Encoded Contacts Identifies the Source of Bias in TCR-MHC Interactions". They accompany the AIMS version 0.7 software available on GitHub: https://github.com/ctboughter/AIMS . These files are meant to be loaded into the mhc_germline_analysis.ipynb file, but are too large to be included on the GitHub page itself.</p>

<p>A database of 5 high-speed video recordings of rail-sanding process using a full-scale testing platform is provided in this data note. The videos are recorded for various case studies, namely different positioning of the sander nozzle aiming at the rail, nip, and wheel with various angles, and different materials used as rail-sand. The particle velocities can be extracted from these high-speed videos using particle image velocimetry software. The spread angle of the particles as they flow out of the nozzle can also be measured with the use of image processing software. The data extracted from these high-speed recording can be utilised for calibration, validation, and verification of experimental and numerical set-ups, as well as for training artificial intelligence models.</p>
