The Open Review–Based (ORB) dataset: Towards Automatic Assessment of Scientific Papers and Experiment Proposals in High–Energy Physics
<p>We introduce the new comprehensive Open Review–Based dataset (ORB); it includes a curated list of more than 62,000 scientific papers, publications and submitted preprints with their more than 157,000 reviews and final decisions. We gather this information from three peer-reviewed sources: the OpenReview.net, SciPost.org and PeerJ.com websites.</p>
Vikidia En/Fr bilingual dataset for Automatic Readability Assessment
<p>Vikidia.org is a children's encyclopedia, with content targeting 8-13 year old children, in several European languages. Our dataset contains 24660 texts distributed across 6165 articles in 2 reading levels, for English and French respectively i.e., each text in the corpus has four versions: en, en-simple, fr and fr-simple, and there are 6165 slugs in total. The uniqueness of the current dataset is that these are parallel, document level aligned texts in four versions - en, en-simple, fr, fr-simple. While we did not create paragraph/sentence level alignments on the corpus, we hope that this will be a useful dataset for future English and French research on ARA and Automatic Text Simplification. This is the first such dataset in ARA, and perhaps the first readily available French readability dataset.</p> <p>This dataset is used in the paper "A neural pairwise ranking model for automatic readability assessment" by Justin Lee and Sowmya Vajjala, to appear in Findings of ACL 2022. </p>
Automatic System for Food Waste Assessment at Household
<p>ntroducing the Automatic System for Food Waste Assessment at Household developed under the WASTELESS project. This tool, which is tailored to everyday use, supports the measurement of food waste in households and is intended to improve and validate existing methods such as surveys. The tool includes a set of features to measure and estimate various types of food waste generated in households. The developed tool will be demonstrated on a representative sample of households to ensure its reliability and applicability. The core of this tool is a user-friendly scale complemented by a dedicated application for cell phones that enables seamless data collection and transfer to a centralized database. The data collected is then analysed and the results obtained are extrapolated to a wider population, allowing a more comprehensive evaluation of the parameters traditionally determined with questionnaires and interviews.</p>

Trained CNN for analysis of melanoma whole slide images to automatically assess the infiltration of TILs
<p>The file is the trained convolutional neural network (CNN) developed in "Ugolini F et al.Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes recognition in primary melanoma by deep learning convolutional neural network" submitted to American Journal of Pathology (2023). The CNN is based on a a pre-trained Inception-ResNet-v2 to automatically to recognize areas in the tumor region containing TILs and area without TILs in histopathological digitalized slides of primary melanoma. The file is in a Matlab format (.mat).</p>
