<p>The files are data assosicated with the study High-resolution stratospheric volcanic SO2 injections in WACCM. The files are associated with four differnt simulaions described in the paper: M16, S21-1D, S21-3D and No-Volc. The files with "input" in the name are the SO2 input files used in the WACCM (Whole Atmosphere Community Climate Model) simulations in the paper. The files with "monthly_averages" in the filenames are monthly averages of model output data the variables used in the paper.&nbsp;</p> <p>The CALIOP_monthly_averages.nc file is monthly average of the CALIOP (Cloud-Aerosol Lidar with Orthogonal Polarization) satellite data used in the study to evaluate the WACCM simulations. &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Field measurements of suspended-sediment concentration, turbidity, acoustic backscatter, and particle size are compiled from various estuaries in the United States and Australia to investigate the utility of combining optical and acoustic backscatter measurements for the estimation of suspended-sediment concentration under changes in floc particle size and density.&nbsp;</p> <p>Theory, analysis,&nbsp;and interpretation of the data is&nbsp;available in Livsey et al (2023).&nbsp;Data collected from the Chesapeake Bay, US were compiled from Fall et al (2022).&nbsp;Data collected on the Brisbane River were collected by&nbsp;Livsey et al (2022).&nbsp;&nbsp;Data collected for all other locations&nbsp;were compiled from Livsey et al (2022).&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Data collected by&nbsp;Fall et al (2022) utilized a LISST 100x. Data collected by&nbsp;Livsey et al (2022, 2023) utilized a LISST 200x. The referenced article aims to change how we study the textual content of books of hours by tackling the most common texts at a large scale. Intended for lay people and imitating the model of liturgical books, books of hours contain a core of votive offices and appear to have a very standardized content. The choice and the order of the chants, readings and orations may vary within the offices according to not only the liturgical destination, but also the place of production, the target export market, and the choices of the client. Variations are therefore difficult to characterize and analyze. Here, we focus on an analysis of the Hours of the Virgin and the Office of the Dead as both compilations and networks of compilations. At the level of texts and liturgical uses, we highlight and study textual commonalities based on geography or other historical links (e.g.<br> Germany, the Dominican order and Southern France for the Hours of the Virgin, Flanders and Scandinavia, Poitiers and Bordeaux, Auxerre and Bayeux for the Office of the Dead). Since patrons or copyists could also modify the expected contents, our last part analyses the uses by Utrecht and Bruges, and how uses specific to one institution may either be faithfully reproduced or give way to hybridization. This phenomenon is characterized, for example, by changes between pieces from another use into a well-identified set.</p>

Eight Mile Lake Research Watershed, Carbon in Permafrost Experimental Heating Research (CiPEHR): Compiled Half-Hourly Dataset, 2009-2021

The Carbon in Permafrost Experimental Heating Research (CiPEHR) project addresses the following questions: 1) Does ecosystem warming cause a net release of C from the ecosystem to the atmosphere?, 2) Does the decomposition of old C, that comprises the bulk of the soil C pool, influence ecosystem C loss?, and 3) How do winter and summer warming alone, and in combination, affect ecosystem C exchange? We are answering these questions using a combination of field and laboratory experiments to measure ecosystem carbon balance and radiocarbon isotope ratios at a warming experiment located in an upland tundra field site near Healy, Alaska in the foothills of the Alaska Range.

<p>This repository contains the data compilation, gridded datasets, model output, model source code changes and model inputs for the paper: &ldquo;AERO-MAP: A data compilation and modelling approach to understand the fine and coarse mode aerosol composition &ldquo;.</p> <p>The only change from the December 20, 2024 version is that a new variable "Distinct" is added which indicates whether the dataset is also included in the GHOST dataset by Bowdalo et al., 2024: https://essd.copernicus.org/articles/16/4417/2024/essd-16-4417-2024.pdf.&nbsp; All PM2.5 and PM10 datasets from GHOST are included in this dataset, but GHOST will be regularly updated.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>There are two subdirectories as tar files:</p> <p>collectoutputfiles.zip: which contains the detailed data descriptions in a csv files, gridded data in netcdf and model output in netcdf format.&nbsp; More details in the README file in that zipped directory.</p> <p>modelfiles.zip: which contains the Source code changes and input files needed to reproduce the simulations in the paper. Martian meteorite ejection ages compilation

<p>This dataset is a compilation of cosmic ray exposure (CRE) ages and terrestrial ages of martian meteorites (shergottites, nakhlites, chassignites, orthopyroxenite, and regolith breccia) in published literature as of July 2023. Igneous crystallization ages are listed where available; the dataset only lists meteorites with ejection age (CRE age with or without terrestrial age) data. The compilation is an update of an earlier version partially included in Udry et al. (2020). For meteorites with multiple reported CRE ages and terrestrial ages (the latter where available), a preferred age is given either based on an earlier compilation (in the 'Compilation Reference' field) or is calculated as the arithmetic average of multiple reported ages (in the 'Data Reference' field; for CRE ages only). In the latter case, the 'Compilation Reference' field is marked with 'this compilation'. Compiled database, code and raw data for the article "A Comprehensive Database of Leaf Temperature, Water, and CO2 Fluxes in Young Oil Palm Plants Across Diverse Climate Scenarios for the Evaluation of Functional-Structural Models"

<p>This dataset results from an experiment on young oil palm plants (<em>Elaeis guineensis</em>) in the Ecotron facility from CNRS in Montpellier. Four plants were put in a microcosm one by one with varying climatic conditions to investigate the effect of climate on leaf temperature, CO2, and H2O fluxes at the plant scale. The conditions were defined based on typical daily conditions from a location where it is grown (Libo, Indonesia),&nbsp;<em>i.e.</em>, a day with no rainfall and near-average air temperature and humidity. This base condition was then modified by adding more CO2 (400, 600 and 800ppm), less radiation (typical cloudy sky), and more or less temperature and vapour pressure deficit (&plusmn; 30%).</p> <p>Find more details from the <code>README.md</code> file in the repository or from the associated <a href="https://github.com/PalmStudio/Biophysics_database_palm" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Github repository</a>.</p>

A compilation of experimental data on the mechanical properties and microstructural features of Ti-alloys

<p>A compilation of mechanical properties of 282 distinct multicomponent Ti-based alloys. The majority of the data was published in high-quality journals after 2010 (&asymp;84%) and concerns alloys produced via an ingot metallurgy route, followed by solubilization and water quench (&asymp;58%), considered a standard condition for &beta;-Ti alloys. The dataset includes the chemical composition (in at.%), phase constituents, Young modulus, hardness, yield strength, ultimate strength, and elongation, among other relevant features. LLM generated Python Compiler Test Dataset
