Individual-donor scRNA-Seq datasets, as Seurat 4.0.5 objects

The provided datasets correspond to the analyses of individual donor single-cell RNA Sequencing (scRNA-Seq) datasets, before their integration. The datasets have been saved as Seurat v4.0.5 objects. For clustering, we used default settings in Seurat 4.0.5 (resolution 0.8) and increased resolution, if necessary, to separate epithelium in proximal and distal.

The *_clusters.pdf files show the suggested clusters in the individual datasets and the *_indiv_anno1.pdf files show the cell annotations according to the 84 cell states, described in the study with title "Developmental origins of cell heterogeneity in the human lung" (1st preprint version doi: https://doi.org/10.1101/2022.01.11.475631).

The "*_cluster_annotations.csv" files provide information about the suggested annotations of the clusters.

The "*_object_raw_and_log_counts.RData" objects contain the metadata and the UMI-counts [raw and log2(counts+1)] for each donor scRNA-Seq dataset.

Donor-acceptor complex formation by social self-sorting of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and perylene bisimides

Additional data to report https://doi.org/10.1039/D3CC03704E

Self-assembly versus complexation with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) guest molecules is studied for a series of perylene bisimides (PBIs). Bulky imide substituents at the PBI guide their self-assembly into dimer aggregates with null-type exciton coupling. Host-guest titration experiments with perylene and triphenylene PAHs afford 1:1 and 1:2 complexes whose properties are studied by single crystal X-ray analysis and UV/Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy.

Bulk RNA-Seq PBMC data of SLE patients and healthy volunteers/ profiling of 29 individual immune cell types as well as PBMCs of healthy donors

This Zenodo project contains processed gene expression data from two publicly available data sets. It includes the gene expression data of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients as well as healthy volunteers (GSE122459). The project also comprises the bulk RNA-Seq profiling of 29 immune cell types as well as PBMCs of healthy individuals (GSE107011). In both cases, the raw RNA-Seq data was downloaded, aligned and processed. The gene expression data is available in form of a count matrix (GSE107011) or count matrix and transcript-per-million (TPM) values (GSE122459). For the latter, an annotation file is attached. Further details are provided in the information file.

Raw experimental data of Photoluminescence as a function of magnetic field for phosphorus impurity in silicon at 4.2K. First column is energy in meV, the other columns are the photo-luminescence intensities in arbitrary units measured at different magnetic fields. The first row indicates the values of the magnetic fields presented in each column. The photo-luminescence measured at 10T (and presented in this dataset as column 11) is shown in the paper as Fig.2.

Supporting Data for "Coherent superpositions of three states for phosphorous donors in silicon prepared using THz radiation"

Supporting data for the publication "Coherent superpositions of three states for phosphorous donors in silicon prepared using THz radiation", describing experimental results from Figures 4-7. The data are in .csv format; columns and units for each file are described in the relevant readme file. The data are given in sufficiently compact states for a reader of the paper to reproduce the figures.

Spectral data presented are related to their interferograms by simple Fourier Transform methods. The source interferograms are derived from explicit records of oscilloscope traces, which are verbose and inefficient. Consequently, these raw data files are not included in the dataset. Raw oscilloscope traces will be made available by the authors on request.

Raw Data for the article: Donor Preconditioning with Inhaled Sevoflurane Mitigates the Effects of Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury in a Swine Model of Lung Transplantation

Primary graft dysfunction (PGD) and ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) occur in up to 30% of patients undergoing lung transplantation and may impact on the clinical outcome. Several strategies for the prevention and treatment of PGD have been proposed, but with limited use in clinical practice. In this study, we investigate the potential application of sevoflurane (SEV) preconditioning to mitigate IRI after lung transplantation. The study included two groups of swines (preconditioned and not preconditioned with SEV) undergoing left lung transplantation after 24-hour of cold ischemia. Recipients' data was collected for 6 hours after reperfusion. Outcome analysis included assessment of ventilatory, hemodynamic, and hemogasanalytic parameters, evaluation of cellularity and cytokines in BAL samples, and histological analysis of tissue samples. Hemogasanalytic, hemodynamic, and respiratory parameters were significantly favorable, and the histological score showed less inflammatory and fibrotic injury in animals receiving SEV treatment. BAL cellular and cytokine profiling showed an anti-inflammatory pattern in animals receiving SEV compared to controls. In a swine model of lung transplantation after prolonged cold ischemia, SEV showed to mitigate the adverse effects of ischemia/reperfusion and to improve animal survival. Given the low cost and easy applicability, the administration of SEV in lung donors may be more extensively explored in clinical practice.

These are assigned consecutively.

First column (unnamed) indicates initial (0) and final (1) positions.

Third column (time) is the time since ejection in Myrs. Note that stars further down in the list were ejected earlier.

Fourth to Ninth columns (vx, y, vy etc..) are velocity (km/s) and position (kpc) in Gal. Carthesian coordinates (velocity first, position second)

Tenth to Twelfth column are accelerations in Gal. carthesian coordinates

Thirteenth column (v_space) is the total galactocentric space velocity (km/s)

Fourteenth column (Phi) is the local Gal. potential according to Model 1 presented by Irrgang+2013

Fifteenth column (E_kin/E_pot) is the local kinetic energy of the object divided by its potential energy with respect to the Gal. potential.

Sixteenth column (rho) is the local Gal. baryon density according to Model 1 presented by Irrgang+2013

Seventeenth column (label_c) is the mass of the ejected sdB star or sdB remnant in solar masses.
