<p>This repository contains the raw data used in the article "Non destructive qualification of bovine meat tenderness",<br>authored by Sarah Iaquinta, Axel Conti, Mathis Coué, Étienne Roquefeuil, Jonathan Barés, Romain Léger, Arnaud Regazzi,<br>Stéphane Corn, Xavier Aleyrangues, Alain Peyron, and Anne-Sophie Caro.</p> <p>The repository is organized in three kind of files, where the raw data from the experiments are stored. <br>- "compression_test.xlsx" : Workbook containing the time-displacement-force measured during the compression tests;<br>- "indentation_relaxation.xlsx" : Workbook containing the time-displacement-force measured during the indentation-relaxation tests;<br>- .csv files containing the laser acquisition of the z_distance of the center of the indented surface during time.</p> <p>* The nomenclature of each sheetname and .csv file starts with the experiment date (April the 04th, 2023), then is the meatcut identifier <br>(FF = "faux filet", the french for "sirloin", and RDG = "rond-de-gîte", the french for "round". <br>Then are numbers to identify the number of the testing. </p>

Evolution of allele frequencies in two chicken lines divergently selected for meat ultimate pH
<p>Two lines of chicken were divergently selected during 5 generations for high or low meat ultimate pH. Genotypes at about 50K SNPs were obtained for a sample of individuals in each line and at each generation (including the founder population G0). The present dataset provides the allele frequencies for all SNP and generations in the two lines, at plink frq.strat format. The position of the SNP on the chicken genome are provided in another file at plink .map format.</p> <p>These data were first ued in the following publication:</p> <p>Le Bihan-Duval, E., Hennequet-Antier, C., Berri, C., Beauclercq, S.
