AAM: Artificial Audio Multitracks Dataset
<p>This dataset contains 3,000 artificial music audio tracks with rich annotations. It is based on real instrument samples and generated by algorithmic composition with respect to music theory.</p> <p>It provides full mixes of the songs as well as single instrument tracks. The midis used for generation are also available. The annotation files include: Onsets, Pitches, Instruments, Keys, Tempos, Segments, Melody instrument, Beats, and Chords.</p> <p>A <strong>presentation</strong> <strong>paper</strong> was published open-access in <a href="https://doi.org/10.1186/s13636-023-00278-7">EURASIP Journal on Audio, Speech, and Music Processing</a>.</p> <p>Current development<strong> </strong>and source code of the <strong>generator tool</strong> can be found on <a href="https://github.com/fabianostermann/ArtificialSongGenerator">GitHub</a>.</p> <p>For a <strong>tiny version</strong> for demonstration and testing purposes see: <a href="https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.6771120">zenodo.6771120</a></p>
Multitrack Western Instrumental Classical Trio Dataset
<p>Synthesized Trio dataset with added percussion (hammer sounds) based on the piano of the original piece. The original use case was to find remixing preferences for cochlear implant users in Western instrumental classical music with a low number of instruments and with a similar separation of musical components as used in pop music remixing (i.e. melody, bass, accompaniment, and percussion).</p> <p> </p> <p>Note, that instruments differ from the original composition. The used instruments are shown in the table below. Tiny AAM: Sample from the Artificial Audio Multitracks Dataset
<p>This is the tiny demo version with 20 samples from the AAM dataset, which originally contains 3,000 artificial music audio tracks. BASS-dB Multitrack recordings
