OpenData for the Independent morphological variables correlate to aging, Mild Cognitive Impairment, and Alzheimer's Disease manuscript
<p>Results from processed structural MRI images from the <a href="https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1053811920306868">AHEAD</a> and <a href="https://www.nature.com/articles/s41597-021-00870-6">AOMIC</a> dataset included in the Supplementary Information at the Independent morphological variables correlate to aging, Mild Cognitive Impairment, and Alzheimer's Disease manuscript from de Moraes et al. submitted to PNAS.</p> <p>For this data, we processed the datasets with <a href="https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/">FreeSurfer</a> v6.0.0 standard processing pipeline (<em>recon-all</em>) and the estimation of the <a href="https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/LGI">local Gyrification Index</a> from <a href="http://ltswww.epfl.ch/~schaer/Schaer_TMI.pdf">Schaer, M. et al. 2008</a>. We further extracted the morphological measurements from the generated surfaces using the Cortical Folding Analysis Tools from <a href="https://zenodo.org/record/3608675">Wang et al. 2019</a>. Here, we included the raw morphological datasets joined with the demographics and subjects' information.</p>

<p>Puntata due di innovazione e imprecazione il podcast di OSD opensensorsdata per tutti coloro che si ritrovano a dire o pensare “maledetto il giorno che ho innovato”. Nella prima puntata, abbiamo raccontato che ci occupiamo di data asset management: ci dite dove sono i dati e ve li organizziamo per creare valore. Oggi parliamo dei dati per eccellenza, raccontati nella stampa generalista e oggetto di programmi politici: gli opendata. Nel 2012, circa tre anni prima di fondare OSD, io e Andrea e Simone ci siamo incontrati in SOD dove si “premeva” per elevare gli opendata nella PA. Oggi a 6 anni di distanza pare che non siamo messi benissimo: ce lo raccontato due articoli, uno di Pierluca Santoro su datamediahub e Vincenzo Patruno su Agenda Digitale.
