<p>Supporting data for the published work on "Terahertz orbital angular momentum modes with flexible twisted hollow core antiresonant fiber". The data here reported are all the necessary data to reproduce the figures in the paper both measurements an simulations (except for the analytical results, which are obtained directly from the formulas included in the paper). The Info file describes each file, how they have been obtained and what they have been used for. </p>
Ultrafast demagnetization of iron induced by optical vs terahertz pulses
<p>Data of longitudinal magneto-optical Kerr effect (LMOKE) probing of demagnetization following optical (Opt) and terahertz (THz) excitations in 4 nm iron film on MgO substrate.</p> <p>Pump and probe incidence angle is 50 deg, fluence is on the order of 0.1 mJ/cm^2, time step is 20 fs. In each case both rotation (Rot) and ellipticity (Elp) variations are recorded.</p> <p>Demagnetization ("Demg") traces are the signals odd in sample magnetization and even in the driving field in case of THz pump. These traces are normalized by the static LMOKE. Zeeman response ("Zeem") is odd in both magnetization and driving THz field. Measured traces are deconvoluted with the pump profile, which in case of THz pump is defined as derivative of the Zeeman response and in case of optical pump is measured through Kerr effect in diamond.</p> <p>"True" M quenching is calculated as linear combination of Rot and Elp demagnetization traces for both optical and THz excitations.</p>

<p>Data of the publication "Terahertz Spin-to-Charge Conversion by Interfacial Skew Scattering in Metallic Bilayers" published in Advanced Materials, 33, 2006281 (2021). THz waveforms for a subset and RMS data - corrected for pump incoupling and THz outcoupling - for various F and N metallic bilayers and interface modifications as well as the calculated spin Hall angles for different interfacial impurities are provided.</p>

Static and Dynamic DFT Data Sets for Polymorphs of l-Cysteine - Stability and Terahertz Spectra
<p>Data sets associated with static and dynamic density functional calculations are reported for the four known polymorphs of l-cysteine and for models associated with the known disorder in Form I.. </p> <p>Static calculations are used to explore the relative free energies (within the harmonic approximation) of the polymorphs as a function of pressure. The energetics for dihedral angle rotation are explored and the barriers for rotation between the hydrogen bonding motifs have been calculated for each polymorph.</p> <p>Molecular dynamics calculations are reported for each polymorph and for models of hydrogen bond disorder which are known to exist at higher temperatures.</p> <p>Finally static and dynamic calculations of the infrared and terahertz spectra are performed.</p>

<p>Data for the publication "Radiation hardness of ultrabroadband spintronic terahertz emitters: En-route to a space-qualified terahertz time-domain gas spectrometer" accepted for publication in Applied Physics Letters. The following datasets are provided: time-domain raw data (dry vs ambient conditions) and corresponding Fourier amplitude spectra as well as the impedance of the spintronic THz emitter vs frequency, THz transmission Fourier amplitude spectra from a spintronic THz emitter propagating through a gas cell with CO2 and N2, CO2 absorption coefficient vs frequency from THz transmission measurements through the gas cell, electro-optic THz signals and corresponding Fourier amplitude spectra for gamma and proton irradiated spintronic THz emitters as well as THz amplitudes vs irradiation dose/proton fluence.</p>

360° polarization control of terahertz spintronic emitters using uniaxial FeCo/TbCo2/FeCo trilayers
<p>The attached files contain raw data of terahertz spintronic emitters (STE) measured with terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM). The file name indicates what was measured and the individual column names in the file describe the measured quantities.</p> <p>STE_comparison_reflection.csv provides a comparison of the performance of the proposed spintronic emitter integrated on various substrates in a reflection configuration of THz-TDS. STE_comparison_transmission.csv compares the developed spintronic emitter with a reference sample in a transmission configuration. The data files starting with 'VSM_magnetization_' contain VSM measurements of orthogonal magnetization vectors for FeCo, TbCo2, and the proposed trilayer for both easy (EA) and hard axes (HA). The magnetic hysteresis of the spintronic emitter is shown in the files VSM_hysteresis_STE.csv, TDS_hysteresis_mx_STE.csv, and TDS_hysteresis_my_STE.csv obtained using THz-TDS and VSM measurement techniques. The file TDS_polarization_rotation.csv demonstrates magnetically controlled polarization rotation of terahertz waveforms. The last file, TDS_quartz_analysis.csv, involves an application example of using a spintronic emitter for terahertz spectroscopy in quartz analysis.</p>

Efficiency of terahertz undulator radiation from short electron bunches moving in the field of permanently magnetized helices
<p>The motion and radiation of short dense bunches of ultrarelativistic electrons produced by laser-driven accelerators and moving in an undulator in the form of magnetized helices have been studied. Simulations demonstrate the possibility of generating wideband THz pulses with energies of hundreds of microjoules and relatively high efficiency in regimes close to the group synchronism of electrons with the waveguide mode.</p>

Spin-voltage-driven efficient terahertz spin currents from the magnetic Weyl semimetals Co2MnGa and Co2MnAl
<p>We study ultrafast optically driven spin injection from thin films of the magnetic Weyl semimetals Co<sub>2</sub>MnGa and Co<sub>2</sub>MnAl into an adjacent Pt layer by means of terahertz emission spectroscopy. The following datasets are provided: THz waveforms, THz emission-signal amplitudes (rms) vs pump power, scaled THz signals as a figure of merit in terms of spin-injection efficiency, corresponding broadband spectra and extracted spin currents.</p>
