Zagreb Building Stock Model
<p>The dataset Zagreb Building Stock Model is a polygon layer containing data of the name, type, address, and age of buildings. The aim of the dataset is to collect, integrate, and organize data on the age of buildings in Zagreb. The dataset is created from existing datasets of state and city institutions such as cadastral data, official registers of public authorities, historical registers, and other relevant data sources.</p>

Development of MeV TOF-SIMS capillary microprobe at the Ruđer Bošković Institute in Zagreb
<p>New Time-of-flight Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (TOF SIMS) setup using MeV heavy ions for the excitation is developed at the Ruđer Bošković Institute accelerator facility. To focus heavy MeV ions to micron dimensions, conical glass capillary is used instead of quadrupole magnetic lenses. The setup uses a continuous primary beam where START signal for TOF is obtained from the PIN diode placed behind the thin transmission sample. Results showing measured energy spectra for several primary heavy ions are presented and compared with theoretical simulations. . The first mass spectra obtained with the new setup using reflectron-type TOF analyzer are given together with the mass and spatial resolution values of the new setup. </p>
Particulate matter concentrations (PM1, PM2.5, PM10) since 2009 for a measurement sites in Zagreb, Croatia
<p>Daily samples of PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 fractions have been collected continuously during 12-years period (2009-2020) at Zagreb, Croatia (45°50’7’’ N, 15°58’42’’ E, 116 m a.s.l.,). A sampling site was located in the northern, residential part of city which was characterized by modest traffic and population density. The main sources during the household heating season which usually started in October and lasted until April were gas and/or wood. Mass concentrations of PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 fractions were determined gravimetrically, while meteorological parameters (temperature, RH, wind speed and direction, pressure, and precipitation) were obtained from the Croatian Meteorological and Hydrological Service.</p>

3D crustal velocity model for the wider Zagreb area
<p>The 3D structural model covers 60 km by 80 km area around the city of Zagreb, Croatia, and extends to the depth of 60 km. It describes seismologically relevant parameters, density, P- and S-wave velocity, on a working grid of 125 m in UTM (zone 33N) coordinate system. The model is represented by four main layers: sediments, upper crust, lower crust and mantle. The format of the model is suitable for simulations obtained using software package SPECFEM3D Cartesian (<a href="http://geodynamics.org/cig/software/specfem3d/">geodynamics.org/cig/software/specfem3d/</a>; accessed Aug 2021).<br> Description of the formatting of the file can be found on the SPECFEM3D 'engCartesian package documentation site:<br> <a href="https://specfem3d.readthedocs.io/en/latest/13_changing_the_model/#using-external-tomographic-earth-models">https://specfem3d.readthedocs.io/en/latest/13_changing_the_model/#using-external-tomographic-earth-models</a><br> (accessed Aug 2021).</p> <p>3D seismic model for the wider Zagreb area was assembled using publicly available geological and geophysical data. It describes in detail main structures observed in the uppermost part of the crust (e.g. sedimentary basins and high-velocity structures) and is embedded within the regional EPcrust crustal model (<a href="https://doi.org/10.1111/j.1365-246X.2011.04940.x">https://doi.org/10.1111/j.1365-246X.2011.04940.x</a>). The performance of<br> the model was tested by simulating ground motion for several moderate earthquakes. Results show that the 3D model is able to reproduce main characteristics of the ground motion, primarily shaking duration and amplification effects. Therefore, it is suited for simulation of shaking scenarios in the wider Zagreb area, mostly for T > 1 s.</p>
Locations of dog waste bins in Zagreb, Croatia
<p>Locations of dog waste bins (point vector layer), dog parks, and green areas for walking dogs off-leash (both polygon vector layers) in the city of Zagreb were collected during the field survey in 2020 based on available government sources. The upload consists of .shp, .geojson, and .csv files for the point vector layer and .shp and .geojson files for polygon vector layers. The CRS for all layers is WGS84 (EPSG:4326).</p>

Street canyon pollutants 2011-2013 in Zagreb, Croatia
<p>The sampling site was located near the historical city center of Zagreb (N: 45º 48' 41“; E: 15º 59' 21"). The street is 15 m wide and 495 m long with a set of surrounding buildings approximately 26.9 m high, oriented east west. Meteorological parameters (temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and direction, pressure and precipitation) were obtained from the Croatian Meteorological and Hydrological Service. Mass concentrations of pollutants are expressed in µg m-3</p> <p>More details are given in DOI: <a href="https://doi.org/10.1016/j.envpol.2020.114587">https://doi.org/10.1016/j.envpol.2020.114587</a></p>
