Figure 2 Bayesian phylogenetic tree based on the COI gene of two species, S. reptans and S. reptantoides. Species S. vernum, Culicoides brevitarsis and Thaumalea testacea were used as outgroups. Numbers above the branches represent posterior BA probabilities followed by ML and MP > 50% bootstrap support. Sequences (tree leaves) are given as GenBank accession numbers.
