<p>Data of the COAT Project. Comparison of thermometer radiation shields in the Arctic.&nbsp;</p> <p>By the COAT project an intercomparison of thermometer radiation shields, at the Arctic area of Ny-&Aring;lesund &ndash; Svalbard, was conducted and analyzed. Ten different models of radiation shields took part in the intercomparison, involving two campaigns: 1. the laboratory campaign where all the instrumentation was calibrated just before and just after the field campaign. 2. the field campaign lasted 13 months where 41 thermometers were sampled every 2 minutes.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
