Figure 1. Pseudoscapholeberis enigmatica, gen. et sp. nov. Holotype. First instar female, lateral, as seen embedded in amber. The head has been pushed backward between the carapace valves, and the postabdomen has been forced unnaturally outside the carapace chamber, and twisted, thereby displaying its topographically dorsal surface. The trunk limbs have also been forced out of the carapace chamber and lost.
