FIGURE 6. Phylogenetic tree obtained from Maximum Likelihood analysis based on the mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COXI) gene for species belonging to the genus Protohyale. COXI gene sequences of Serejohyale spindactylus and Apohyale perieri were used as an outgroup. ML bootstrap values are shown near the nodes. 50% cut-off value was used to compute the condensed tree.
