Yang selanjutnya di filter sebanyak 2 kali yang mana fitur filter pertama yaitu pada bagian Document Type “Journal Article dan Conference Proceeding” setelahnya menggunakan fitur filter Subject Matter pada Subject “Law”. Pada setiap tahapan mulai awal hingga akhir semua data tersebut masing-masing di export dengan format CSV dan BIBTEX, dan diambil semua gambar yang muncul pada menu analisys di lens.org pada tahap terakhir. Kemudian semua data yang sudah terkumpul akan digunakan untuk membuat penelitian sesuai dengan Literature Review dengan kata kunci Online Business AND Post-Covid</p>

[Dataset] Does Volunteer Engagement Pay Off? An Analysis of User Participation in Online Citizen Science Projects - Graph Files
<p><strong>Explanation/Overview:</strong></p> <p>Corresponding graph files of the extracted Zooniverse networks described in D3.3 (can be found here), which are the result of our research that culminated into the publication "Does Volunteer Engagement Pay Off? An Analysis of User Participation in Online Citizen Science Projects", a conference paper for the conference CollabTech 2022: <a href="https://link.springer.com/book/10.1007/978-3-031-20218-6">Collaboration Technologies and Social Computing</a> and published as part of the <a href="https://link.springer.com/bookseries/558">Lecture Notes in Computer Science</a> book series (LNCS,volume 13632) <a href="https://link.springer.com/chapter/10.1007/978-3-031-20218-6_5">here</a>. Usernames have been anonymised.</p> <p>The graph files are in <code>.gexf</code> (graph exchange XML format) and <code>.gml</code> (graph modeling language) formats which can be used by common graph/network-analysis and visualisation tools such as Gephi.</p> <p><strong>Purpose:</strong></p> <p>The purpose of this dataset is to provide the basis for possible further examinations of the network structure, involving additional (not yet analysed) features such as the content of the comments etc.</p> <p><strong>Relatedness:</strong></p> <p>The data of the different projects was derived from the forums of 7 Zooniverse projects based on similar discussion board features. The projects are: 'Galaxy Zoo', 'Gravity Spy', 'Seabirdwatch', 'Snapshot Wisconsin', 'Wildwatch Kenya', 'Galaxy Nurseries', 'Penguin Watch'.</p> <p><strong>Content:</strong></p> <p>The dataset contains distinct graph files for each of the analysed projects. For each graph file, there are <em>nodes </em>and <em>edges</em> and their associated attributes (i.e., each edge can have an attribute). Online appendix and simulated data sets for assesment of Birth-Death Exposed-Infectious (BDEI) phylodynamic model estimators
<p>The birth-death exposed-infectious (BDEI) phylodynamic model describes the transmission of pathogens featuring an incubation period (when there is a delay between the moment of infection and becoming infectious, as for Ebola and SARS-CoV-2), and permits its estimation along with other parameters, from time-scaled phylogenetic trees.</p> <p>We implemented a highly parallelizable estimator for the BDEI model in a maximum likelihood framework (<a href="https://github.com/evolbioinfo/bdei">PyBDEI</a>) using a combination of numerical analysis methods for efficient equation resolution. This dataset contains the assessment of PyBDEI in comparison with a Bayesian implementation in <a href="http://www.beast2.org/">BEAST2</a> (mtbd package) and a deep learning estimator <a href="https://github.com/evolbioinfo/phylodeep">PhyloDeep</a>: the parameter values estimated by the 3 tools.<br><br>The PyBDEI and the theoretical findings behind it are described in A Zhukova, F Hecht, Y Maday, and O Gascuel. Fast and Accurate Maximum-Likelihood Estimation of Multi-Type Birth-Death Epidemiological Models from Phylogenetic Trees Syst Biol 2023. This dataset contains the online Appendix (Fig S1-S3 and Table S1).</p>

<p><strong>Arctic PASSION Online Seminar on "Lake Ice Information in Your Pocket"</strong></p> <p><strong>10 November 1 PM GMT</strong></p> <p>Get to know the Lake Ice Service tool for your pocket, listen to the current status of its development as well as our future steps towards the expanded service. The Lake Ice Service collects lake ice information from multiple sources and visualizes the information in an easily accessible and understandable format website map tool. These information are generated by satellite data, governmental in situ networks as well as Community-Based Monitoring. Among other things, lake ice information is important for our understanding of ice-related changes and climate change. Lake ice is sensitive to intra-annual temperature fluctuations and long-term temperature trends. Beside the climate change aspect, lake ice data are important for transport, arctic livelihood, and safety issues. The information will be useful for citizens and local communities as well as for scientific purposes. <p><strong>Arctic PASSION Online Seminar on "Arctic Observing Systems - What, why, who and how to improve"</strong></p> <p><strong>9 November 4 PM GMT</strong></p> <p>Have you ever wondered what Arctic observing systems actually are? What do they observe and why do we need them? What does the data tell us for our daily lives and how might this be important for your own research? And which role does climate monitoring play in the use of Arctic observing systems? This online seminar which is part of our ongoing “Arctic PASSION Online Seminar and Dialogue Series” answers these questions - and many more - and gives you an introduction to Arctic observing systems. </p> <p>In its first part, you will receive an overview of the general structure of Arctic observing systems and the relevant projects and networks currently working with them. A special focus will be laid on their current status and possible future improvements. To this end, you will also get an insight into the Arctic PASSION project whose mission is the implementation of a coherent and integrated Arctic observing system.</p> <p>The second part will introduce you to some of the problems researchers encounter when working with Arctic observing systems: The data they produce are scarce, intermittent and rarely cover all necessary variables. It then goes on to present you some of the possible solutions that projects like Arctic PASSION offer. It not only enhances planning and coordination across institutions and national programs but also facilitates applications if you need to work on a research vessel or need to use a drifting sea ice sensor platform for your own research. Hereby, examples of progress made in the first phase of the Arctic PASSION project will be given, along with plans for the coming years. </p> <p>Last but not least, the third part will focus on the importance and the role of Indigenous and Local Knowledge. Since Arctic observing systems impact policy- and decision-making, they also have a direct impact on Arctic Indigenous Peoples. They therefore have an invested interest in ensuring the observing systems are sufficient and effective. Through Indigenous Knowledge Systems and living in the Arctic, Indigenous Peoples are first to be aware of changes and have a holistic understanding of how changes will have ecosystem-wide impacts. Cultivated alien plants with high invasion potential are more likely to be traded online in China
<p>Biological invasions have become a worldwide problem, and measures to efficiently prevent and control invasions are still being developed. Like many other parts of the world, China is undergoing a dramatic increase in plant invasions. Most of the currently 933 established (i.e., naturalized) plant species, of which 214 are categorized as invasive, have been introduced into China for cultivation. It is likely that many of those species are still being traded, particularly online, by plant nurseries. However, studies assessing whether naturalized and invasive species are currently being traded more or less than non-naturalized aliens are rare. We extracted online-trade information for 13,718 cultivated alien plant taxa on 1688.com, the largest website for domestic B2B in China. We analyzed how the presence in online-nursery catalogues, the number of online nurseries that offer the species for sale, and the product type (i.e., seeds, live plants and vegetative organs) differed among non-naturalized, naturalized non-invasive and invasive species. Compared to non-naturalized taxa, naturalized non-invasive and invasive taxa were 3.7 to 5.2 times more likely available for sale. Naturalized non-invasive and invasive taxa were more frequently offered as seeds by online nurseries, whereas non-naturalized taxa were more frequently offered as live plants. Based on these findings, we propose that, to reduce the further spread of invasive and potentially invasive plants, implementation of plant-trade regulations and a monitoring system of the online horticultural supply chain will be essential.</p>

FIOLA: an accelerated pipeline for Fluorescence Imaging OnLine Analysis calcium dataset
<p>The dataset was used in paper FIOLA: an accelerated pipeline for Fluorescence Imaging OnLine Analysis named as 1MP. The dataset was only used to test FIOLA motion correction performance.<br> The dataset was collected for the paper Sensory-driven enhancement of calcium signals in individual Purkinje cell dendrites of awake mice (link: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24582958/) but never published before. Data was recorded in the left lobule of the cerebellum of an awake mouse using the calcium indicator GCaMP6f. GCaMP6f was selectively expressed in Purkinje cells via a combinatorial virus strategy (as explained in the paper).</p> <p>For other datasets used in paper FIOLA, check the original paper and sources they were published.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
