Data for: Defining the relationship between phylogeny, clinical manifestation and phenotype for Trichophyton mentagrophytes/interdigitale complex; a literature review and taxonomic recommendations
<p><span>This study looked for correlations between molecular identification, clinical manifestation and morphology for <em>Trichophyton interdigitale</em> and <em>T. mentagrophytes</em>. For this purpose, a total of 110 isolates were obtained from Czech patients with various clinical manifestations of dermatophytosis. Micro- and macromorphology and physiology were analysed, and the strains were characterized using multilocus sequence typing. Among the 12 measured/</span><span>scored phenotypic features, statistically significant differences between species were found only in growth rates at 37°C and in</span><span> the</span><span> production of spiral hyphae but none of these features was diagnostic. </span><span>Correlations were found between <em>T. interdigitale</em> and higher age of patients and between clinical manifestations such as tinea pedis or onychomychosis.</span><span> </span><span>The MLST approach showed that ITS genotyping of <em>T. mentagrophytes</em> isolates has limited practical benefits because of extensive gene flow between sublineages. Based on our results and previous studies, there are few taxonomic arguments for preserving both species' names. The species show a lack of monophyly and unique morphology. On the other hand, some genotypes are associated with predominant clinical </span><span>manifestations and sources</span><span> of infections</span><span>,</span><span> which keep those names alive. This practice is questionable because the use of both names confuses identification</span><span>,</span><span> leading to difficulty in comparing epidemiological studies. The current identification method using ITS genotyping is ambiguous for some isolates and is not user-friendly. Additionally, identification tools such as MALDI-TOF MS fail to distinguish these species. To avoid further confusion and simplify identification in practice, we recommend using the name <em>T. mentagrophytes</em> for the entire complex. When clear differentiation of populations corresponding to <em>T. interdigitale</em> and <em>T. indotineae</em> is possible based on molecular data, we recommend optionally using a variety rank:<em> T. mentagrophytes</em> var. <em>interdigitale</em> and <em>T. mentagrophytes</em> var. <em>indotineae</em>.</span></p>

WP4 Deliverable 4.1 Literature Review- Legitimate Crisis Governance in the Context of Human, Rights, Minority Rights and the Principle of Non-Discrimination
<p>The Covid-19 pandemic and crisis management dominate media and scholarly literature since 2020. The literature review shows that human rights, their limitation(s) and suspension as well as impact(s) of crisis management on democracy, legitimacy, diverse (social) minorities, marginalized groups and border communities are often mentioned, but seldom focussed on. LEGITIMULT project on legitimate democratic crisis governance in multilevel systems combines multi-, inter- and transdisciplinary approaches, qualitative and quantitative research methods in studying those complex and dynamic phenomena. As a deliverable of this project, the paper focuses on the impact(s) of crisis management, policies and measures (particularly restrictive and repressive ones), on human rights, minority rights and protection of minorities as well as on the principle of non-discrimination. Qualitative approaches and methods prove the most suitable for studying the perceptions of persons belonging to diverse minorities on democracy and legitimacy of crisis management and governance in respective environments.</p>

Dataset: literature review of ethanol chemiresistors based on pure SnO2 nanostructures
<p>This dataset contains a collection of experimental data retrieved from around 160 articles reporting on ethanol chemiresistors based on pure SnO<sub>2</sub>. Pure means that they are neither intentionally doped nor intentionally loaded with any catalyst.</p> <p>The retrieved data are intended to summarize the most common morphological and porosity features of the sensing layers, the characteristics of the measurement setup adopted for gas sensing tests and the figures of merit of the gas sensors, namely response intensity and response/recovery times.</p> <p>The goal is to provide a dataset for benchmarking and/or statistical analysis.</p> <p>The dataset is provided as a tab delimited .txt file (SnO2-ZenodoDataset.txt) accompanied by a readme file (Readme-SnO2-ZenodoDataset.pdf) that explains the definitions of the variables in the dataset and provides full citations of the sources from which the data were obtained.</p>

<h2>Testing Context-Aware Software Systems in the Automotive Domain: A Multi Vocal Literature Review Protocol and Dataset</h2><p>A Multi-Vocal Literature Review (MVLR) is a form of a systematic review that includes grey literature in addition to peer-review literature (Garousi, Felderer, and Mäntylä 2019). The decision to justify an MVLR is drawn from the results of recent literature reviews, in particular the recent results from (Matalonga et al. 2022) where it is shown that there is little evidence in the white literature on the approaches to testing non-academic CASS Systems.</p><p>Previous academic works (including our Quasi-Systematic Literature Reviews and Rapid Reviews) operate under the following assumptions and observations:</p><ul><li>Assumption 1. CASS are widespread and being deployed for commercial or industrial use.</li><li>Observation 1. The software engineering and software testing communities have had time to adopt (or develop new) techniques to deal with the context and effects of testing software systems.</li><li>Observation 2. Academics have been able to work with software organizations to transfer or study the approaches used to test CASS, yet the published case studies we are aware of describe a partial picture of the overall adoption and approach of the problem.</li></ul><p>In spite of these assumptions and the availability of systematic literature review studies, there is little evidence of how software organizations are testing CASS.</p><h3>Research Goals</h3><h4><strong>Aim: </strong>To uncover evidence on how the automotive industry reports their working with the dynamic testing process regarding CASS.</h4><p>We use the term industry to broaden our scope to include stakeholders with an interest in the quality of CASS like NGOs, standard-setting organizations and regulation-setting organizations who can influence how software must be treated in different domains.</p><p>The following research questions convey the general interest of our enquiries.
