2D Transdimensional Joint Inversion of RMT and ERT Data
<p>These directories contain the dataset (synthetic and field data), processed data obtained using the 2D transdimensional Bayesian inversion and inverted models<br>obtained using WSJointInv2D-MT-DCR code for the publications “2D Transdimensional Joint Inversion of Radio magnetotelluric and Electrical Resistivity Tomography Data”.<br>All scripts to produce the plots are written in MATLAB and the scripts are given in each folder. The name of each plotting script begins with “A1 xxx.m”. For example the script “A1 Stats plot.m” in “./Synthetic Data/plot model” is used to plot various statistical maps such as mean, median, standard deviations, etc.</p>

<p>This dataset supports the research study "EA-ERT: a new ensemble approach to convert ERT data into soil moisture" by B. Loiseau, S. D. Carrière, N. K. Martin-StPaul, R. Clément, C. Champollion, V. Mercier, J. Thiesson, S. Pasquet, C. Doussan, T. Hermans and D. Jougnot.</p> <p>We provide electrical resistivity tomograph (ERT) time-lapse data for the two sites studied (Avignon and Larzac), with associated volumetric water contents measured by the probes in the field. Meanwhile, we also offer the R code for the calculations of each step of the EA-ERT method. </p>

<p>This collection includes the raw and inverted ERT data collected in the Kamstollen Tunnel at the Zugspitze from 2007 to 2023.<br>It also includes the Matlab scripts for preparing the data and visualizing the results, as well as the CRTomo inversion code (Kemna, 2000).<br><br>Instructions are included in the file <em>how-to.docx</em>. Site and methods are presented in Krautblatter et al. (2010). Further analysis of this data is presented in Scandroglio et al.
