12th Century Temple House gateway

Canmore ID 53274. NT 31737 58650. The gateway with a chamfered decoration on the arch was dated to the 12th or 13th century, with a Hospitaller shield (of likely 15th-century date) overcut on the keystone. The entire structure was removed from Temple Church, Temple, Midlothian, Scotland in the mid-17th century by Stephen Boyd, who occupied Temple House and extended and remodelled the church at this time. Cartesian coordinates and rate constants obtained in "Radical Addition and H Abstraction Reactions in Ethane, Ethylene and Acetylene: A Gateway for Ethyl and Vinyl Bearing Molecules in the Interstellar Medium"

Set of cartesian coordinates for reactants, pre-reactant complexes, transition states and products for the reactions presented in the manuscript "Radical Addition and H Abstraction Reactions in Ethane, Ethylene and Acetylene: A Gateway for Ethyl and Vinyl Bearing Molecules in the Interstellar Medium".

The energy level employed in the optimisation was UMN15-D3BJ/def2-TZVP using a grid=ultrafine and the dispersion correction parameters recommended in Goerigk et al 2017 (https://pubs.rsc.org/en/content/articlelanding/2017/cp/c7cp04913g), all geometries and energies were obtained using Gaussian16 interfaced to ChemShell.

Edit: The comment line of every structure includes its electronic energy (in Eh) and the Zero Point Vibrational Energy (in Eh).

Edit: Additionally we included the reaction rate constants obtained with the instanton method at the level of theory mentioned above. These values serve as data behind the figure for the article. The first column of the rate constant file correspond to 1000/T in 1/K whereas the second column present the rate constant in s-1

Data from: A gateway for phylogenetic analysis powered by grid computing featuring GARLI 2.0

We introduce molecularevolution.org, a publicly available gateway for high-throughput, maximum likelihood phylogenetic analysis powered by grid computing. The gateway features a garli 2.0 web service that enables a user to quickly and easily submit thousands of maximum likelihood tree searches or bootstrap searches that are executed in parallel on distributed computing resources. The garli web service allows one to easily specify partitioned substitution models using a graphical interface, and it performs sophisticated post-processing of phylogenetic results. Although the garli web service has been used by the research community for over three years, here we formally announce the availability of the service, describe its capabilities, highlight new features and recent improvements, and provide details about how the grid system efficiently delivers high-quality phylogenetic results.

Unveiling CNS Cell Morphology with Deep Learning: A Gateway to Anti-Inflammatory Compound Screening

Understanding the connection between cellular structure and observable traits is vital for comprehending cell behavior, especially in neuropathological conditions. Current limitations exist in applying advanced image analysis, like deep learning, to central nervous system cells due to challenges such as the need for extensive labeled data, difficulty in detecting subtle changes, and the presence of batch effects. The study focuses on overcoming these issues in the context of neuroinflammation, utilizing a deep learning approach to effectively analyze morphological changes in neuronal and microglial cells. This innovative method aids in studying neuroinflammation, facilitating the screening of potential therapeutic compounds and bridging gaps in neuropathological research and pharmaceutical development.
