WIP - Amber / Aquamarine statues
**Edit:** [My final challenge entry here!](https://skfb.ly/6ysKL) And yet **another WIP** for Sketchfab Texturing Challenge, with simpler (so less convincing) but much more optimized materials and textures (2k only, hence a lack of details...) than on the [Aquamarine Venus](https://skfb.ly/6xY6Y). Considering the challenge "philosophy" (representation of gender in classical sculpture), I am not 100% convinced by the naive burnt/amber/fire war figure vs. washed/aquamarine/water deity opposition, and these models don't really have a "classical sculpture" feel to them... I guess I'll have to make a choice if I ever want to participate in the contest! Shuri Castle / Shurijō, Naha - Okinawa .WIP
Digital reconstruction from crowdsourced photogrammetry. Work in progress. This is part of the initiative for Digital reconstruction of Shurijo Castle: https://www.our-shurijo.org/index_en.html Final model will be updated in the near future with better mesh and textures. . Shurijo castle is a Ryukyuan gusuku in Shuri, Okinawa. Between 1429 and 1879, it was the palace of the Ryukyu Kingdom, before becoming largely neglected. In 1945, during the Battle of Okinawa, it was almost completely destroyed. After the war, the castle was re-purposed as a university campus. Beginning in 1992, the central citadel and walls were largely reconstructed on the original site based on historical records, photographs, and memory. On the morning of 31 October 2019, the main courtyard structures of the castle were destroyed in a fire. Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab

<p>Work in progress: exploring the creation of groups of chemicals based on PubChem annotation content in the form of "keywords" (the exact term is still a subject of debate ... for the moment keyword is the placeholder). This is a file deposition corresponding to the code base on the <a href="https://git-r3lab.uni.lu/eci/pubchem/-/tree/master/annotations/keywords">ECI GitLab</a> pages to create these files.</p> <p>Part of this work was performed at <a href="https://www.biohackathon-europe.org/">BioHackathon Europe</a> 2020 #BioHackEU20</p>
