Customer acceptance on Mobile banking adoption in the Netherlands Questionnaire and Data

The purpose of this study is to gain insights into significant decision factors that influence the adoption of mobile banking in the Netherlands. Gaining insights on factors affecting user adoption of mobile banking will help banks to formulate interventions to improve user acceptance. Especially now, with the Corona crisis, such initiatives in mobile technology are even more relevant for banking. The survey is completely anonymous, it consists of 20 different questions divided over sections A, B, C, and D which will take approximately 10 minutes to answer.

CusVarDB: A tool for building customized sample-specific variant protein database from Next-generation sequencing datasets

CusVarDB is a windows based tool for creating a variant protein database from Next-generation sequencing datasets. The program supports variant calling for Genome, RNA-Seq and exome datasets.

This repository will provide the resultant variant peptides identified in our study and its corresponding information. The detailed information of the table is given below.

Supplementary Table 1. This table contains the resultant variant peptides along with its wild-type peptides from BT474, MDMAB157, MFM223, and HCC38 datasets. Along with mutant peptides, this section also provides additional information such as peptide-spectrum match (PSM), Protein accession, cross-correlation value from the search (Xcorr), and retention time (RT).

Supplementary Table 2. This table provides the complete details of the resultant peptides. Here the mutant and corresponding wild-type peptides are mentioned in different sheets. For a given mutant peptide its wild-type peptide and corresponding information can be mapped using the VLOOKUP function in Excel by keeping column A (Sl.No) as lookup parameter.

Supplementary Table 3. This table briefs about the variants which are already reported in other cancers.

Product Recommendations through Neo4j by Analyzing Patterns in Customer Purchases

Recommendation system grows more important each day as user interaction on the internet grows in size and complexity. To achieve better user experience and personalized choice of products for each user, it is important to create a recommendation system that takes all the interaction of a user on the internet and analyzes it thoroughly to get a better understanding of the user. Understanding the user will benefit the business more as each user will get a personalized experience based on how they act. This study focuses on utilizing the graph database to gain insight into the user behavior and develop a recommendation system based on how users act on the internet. The recommender system will use the Neo4j database as it provides much functionality to work with, such as the Graph Data Science library and the Jaccard Similarity method. Using all the graph technologies that exist today, this study will enable businesses to give a personalized experience to user by providing a detailed, accurate, effective, and efficient recommendation to user.

Extraembryonic gut endoderm cells undergo programmed cell death during development (source data and custom code)

Despite a distinct developmental origin, extraembryonic cells in mice contribute to gut endoderm and converge to transcriptionally resemble their embryonic counterparts. Notably, extraembryonic progenitors share a non-canonical epigenome, raising several pertinent questions, including whether this landscape is reset to match the embryonic regulation and if these cells persist into later development. Here, we developed a two-color lineage tracing strategy to track and isolate extraembryonic cells over time. We find that extraembryonic gut cells display substantial memory of their developmental origin including retention of their original DNA methylation landscape and resulting transcriptional signatures. Furthermore, we show that extraembryonic gut cells undergo programmed cell death and neighboring embryonic cells clear their remnants via non-professional phagocytosis. By midgestation, we no longer detect extraembryonic cells in the wild type gut while they persist and differentiate further in p53 mutant embryos. Our study provides key insights into the molecular and developmental fate of extraembryonic cells inside the embryo.

CeA Psilocin fiber photometry study: Data and custom code from experiments looking at changes in calcium dynamics in response to an air puff events

Psilocybin, and its active metabolite psilocin, have been shown to elicit rapid and long-lasting symptom improvements in a variety of affective psychiatric illnesses. However, the specific mechanisms behind these therapeutic effects remain relatively unknown. The central amygdala (CeA) is a primary output region within the extended amygdala that is heavily dysregulated in affective psychiatric disorders. Here, we utilized fiber photometry to measure changes in CeA reactivity to an aversive air puff stimulus after psilocin administration, both acutely and at varying prolonged time points. We found that administration of psilocin increased reactivity acutely in females, but not males. Additionally, we show that one dose of psilocin produced decreases in reactivity in males, but not females, 28-days post administration, with decreases seen as early as 2-days post administration. We further report stimulus-specific changes in CeA reactivity after psilocin with differential responsivity to an aversive air puff stimulus and an auditory stimulus. We also measured changes in behavioral response to the air puff stimulus and report sex differences in exploratory behavior but not threat responding or general locomotion. This study provides evidence that a single dose of psilocin can elicit sex-specific, dynamic, and enduring changes in CeA reactivity to an aversive stimulus. These data are an important step towards dissecting circuit-based mechanisms underlying the effects of psychedelics.

Deep learning generates custom-made logistic regression models for explaining how breast cancer subtypes are classified

Breast cancer is the most frequently found cancer in women and the one most often subjected to genetic analysis. Nonetheless, it has been causing the largest number of women's cancer-related deaths. PAM50, the intrinsic subtype assay for breast cancer, is beneficial for diagnosis and stratified treatment but does not explain each subtype's mechanism. Nowadays, deep learning can predict the subtypes from genetic information more accurately than conventional statistical methods. However, the previous studies did not directly use deep learning to examine which genes associate with the subtypes. Ours is the first study on a deep-learning approach to reveal the mechanisms embedded in the PAM50-classified subtypes. We developed an explainable deep learning model called a point-wise linear model, which uses a meta-learning approach to generate a custom-made logistic regression model for each sample. Logistic regression is familiar to physicians and medical informatics researchers, and we can use it to analyze which genes are important for subtype prediction. The custom-made logistic regression models generated by the point-wise linear model for each subtype used the specific genes selected in other subtypes compared to the conventional logistic regression model: the overlap ratio is less than twenty percent. And analyzing the point-wise linear model's inner state, we found that the point-wise linear model used genes relevant to the cell cycle-related pathways. The results of this study suggest the potential of our explainable deep learning to play a vital role in cancer treatment.
