I found this model pig in the garden of my parents' house many years ago. I think that it was used as part of an advertising display in a local butchers shop. There is some text embossed on the side which is hard to read but it says "Agent for March &amp; Baxters famous ????" Marsh &amp; Baxters were a well known meat processing company in Castle Bromwich, Birmingham, UK. The original model is about 130mm in length and was scanned using [openMVG](https://github.com/openMVG/openMVG) and [openMVS](https://github.com/cdcseacave/openMVS) from 108 images. South-east Australian Feral Pig SNPs

<p>Methods: During feral pig control programs, either tissue or blood samples were collected from culled pigs for genetic analysis. Tissue biopsies were collected in tissue sampling unit (TSU) buffer (Allflex) or 80% ethanol. Blood sampling was undertaken using the GenoTube swab system (Thermo Fisher). Samples were extracted using the sbeadex Livestock DNA Purification Kit (Biosearch Technologies) on the Kingfisher Flex Purification System (ThermoFisher) under manufacturer&rsquo;s instructions for tissue or blood extractions. SNP genotyping was conducted using the Porcine SNP60 BeadChip (v2 and v3, Illumina) containing 61,565 (v2) or 75,753 (v3) SNPs, according to the manufacturer&rsquo;s protocol. After genotyping, individuals were filtered to exclude samples with less than a 99% call rate. SNPs were filtered to exclude sites with a call-rate of less than 99% (which also excluded SNPs that were only found on the v3 BeadChip), minor allele frequency of &lt; 0.01, all unmapped SNPs and those on sex chromosomes.</p>

Supplemental Material: High serological barriers may contribute to restricted Influenza-A-virus transmission between pigs and humans

<p>Human-to-swine (reverse zoonotic) transmission of seasonal and pandemic human influenza A viruses (IAV) to pigs primarily replenishes the vast reservoir of genetically and antigenically heterogeneous swine (sw) IAV maintained in domestic pigs worldwide. Sporadic but regularly observed cases of pig-to-human (zoonotic) infections with swIAV tend to be discovered by chance, with children being affected disproportionately often.</p> <p>Here, a total of 3070 porcine and 333 human nasal swab samples from 135 swine farms in Germany were investigated for IAV by real time RT-PCR and full genome sequencing.
