Estas alterações se intensificam na falta da adequação do meio bucal e orientações antes do tratamento do tumor e contribuem para diminuição expressiva da qualidade de vida do usuário. Tendo em vista que o cuidado referido deve ser oportunizado e oferecido na Atenção Primária, foi elaborado um Modelo Lógico auxiliar para a inclusão do serviço de Saúde Bucal e operacionalização do fluxo do cuidado à pessoa com câncer, no ponto da rede em questão, do município do Rio de Janeiro. O vídeo é um produto técnico tecnológico da dissertação de mestrado “Saúde Bucal no fluxo do cuidado à pessoa com câncer na Atenção Primária à Saúde: Validação do Modelo Lógico” e foi elaborado para que a relevância da temática fosse entendida pelos participantes das fases de validação da pesquisa.</p> <p>Español: La condición de una persona con cáncer provoca tanto una supresión de la inmunidad como efectos secundarios de las terapias antineoplásicas, que a su vez, influyen en la salud bucal. Estos cambios se intensifican por la falta de un entorno bucal adecuado y de orientación previa del tratamiento del tumor y contribuyen a una disminución significativa de la calidad de vida del usuario. Considerando que los cuidados antes mencionados deben ser brindados y ofrecidos en Atención Primaria, se desarrolló un Modelo Lógico auxiliar para la inclusión del servicio de Salud Bucal y la operacionalización del flujo de atención a personas con cáncer en la ciudad de Río de Janeiro. Este modelo es un producto técnico-tecnológico de la tesis de maestría “Salud Bucal en el flujo de atención a personas con cáncer en Atención Primaria de Salud: Validación del Modelo Lógico” y fue desarrollado para que la relevancia de la temática pudiera ser comprendida por los participantes en las fases de validación de la investigación.<br><br>English: The condition of a person with cancer causes both immunity suppression and antineoplastic therapies side effects, which in turn, has influences on oral health. Changes are intensified in the absence of adequate oral environment and guidance before tumor treatment and contribute to a significant decrease in the person's quality of life. Considering that the aforementioned care must be provided and offered in Primary Care, an auxiliary Logical Model was developed for the inclusion of the Oral Health service and operationalization of the flow of care for people with cancer in the city of Rio de Janeiro.
