Estas altera&ccedil;&otilde;es se intensificam na falta da adequa&ccedil;&atilde;o do meio bucal e orienta&ccedil;&otilde;es antes do tratamento do tumor e contribuem para diminui&ccedil;&atilde;o expressiva da qualidade de vida do usu&aacute;rio. Tendo em vista que o cuidado referido deve ser oportunizado e oferecido na Aten&ccedil;&atilde;o Prim&aacute;ria, foi elaborado um Modelo L&oacute;gico auxiliar para a inclus&atilde;o do servi&ccedil;o de Sa&uacute;de Bucal e operacionaliza&ccedil;&atilde;o do fluxo do cuidado &agrave; pessoa com c&acirc;ncer, no ponto da rede em quest&atilde;o, do munic&iacute;pio do Rio de Janeiro. O v&iacute;deo &eacute; um produto t&eacute;cnico tecnol&oacute;gico da disserta&ccedil;&atilde;o de mestrado &ldquo;Sa&uacute;de Bucal no fluxo do cuidado &agrave; pessoa com c&acirc;ncer na Aten&ccedil;&atilde;o Prim&aacute;ria &agrave; Sa&uacute;de: Valida&ccedil;&atilde;o do Modelo L&oacute;gico&rdquo; e foi elaborado para que a relev&acirc;ncia da tem&aacute;tica fosse entendida pelos participantes das fases de valida&ccedil;&atilde;o da pesquisa.</p> <p>Espa&ntilde;ol: La condici&oacute;n de una persona con c&aacute;ncer provoca tanto una supresi&oacute;n de la inmunidad como efectos secundarios de las terapias antineopl&aacute;sicas, que a su vez, influyen en la salud bucal. Estos cambios se intensifican por la falta de un entorno bucal adecuado y de orientaci&oacute;n previa del tratamiento del tumor y contribuyen a una disminuci&oacute;n significativa de la calidad de vida del usuario. Considerando que los cuidados antes mencionados deben ser brindados y ofrecidos en Atenci&oacute;n Primaria, se desarroll&oacute; un Modelo L&oacute;gico auxiliar para la inclusi&oacute;n del servicio de Salud Bucal y la operacionalizaci&oacute;n del flujo de atenci&oacute;n a personas con c&aacute;ncer en la ciudad de R&iacute;o de Janeiro. Este modelo es un producto t&eacute;cnico-tecnol&oacute;gico de la tesis de maestr&iacute;a &ldquo;Salud Bucal en el flujo de atenci&oacute;n a personas con c&aacute;ncer en Atenci&oacute;n Primaria de Salud: Validaci&oacute;n del Modelo L&oacute;gico&rdquo; y fue desarrollado para que la relevancia de la tem&aacute;tica pudiera ser comprendida por los participantes en las fases de validaci&oacute;n de la investigaci&oacute;n.<br><br>English: The condition of a person with cancer causes both immunity suppression and antineoplastic therapies side effects, which in turn, has influences on oral health. Changes are intensified in the absence of adequate oral environment and guidance before tumor treatment and contribute to a significant decrease in the person's quality of life. Considering that the aforementioned care must be provided and offered in Primary Care, an auxiliary Logical Model was developed for the inclusion of the Oral Health service and operationalization of the flow of care for people with cancer in the city of Rio de Janeiro.
