RK18 Box with knife handles
A box with knife handles found during the archaeological excavation of the Rooswijk in 2018. In 2017 and 2018, the shipwreck of the Rooswijk, a 300 year old Dutch East India Company (VOC) ship which sank on the treacherous Goodwin Sands in January 1740 off the coast of England, was excavated by an international team of maritime archaeologists. Post-excavation work began straight after each excavation campaign, focusing on ex-situ research, the conservation and analysis of the artefacts and will continue until the end of the project. The #Rooswijk1740 project is funded and led by the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands (Ministry of Education, Science and Culture), in collaboration with project partner Historic England and UK-contractor MSDS Marine. Telephone box filled with books
Cycled past this unassuming telephone box and realised it has been repurposed as a library / emergency defibrillator / message board. Captured with 130 images and many hours identifying control points! Still the result is not quite what I hoped for... Happy to share images etc. if someone can do a better job. Noah Mountain - Music Box 3D Model
This Music Box came off a shelf and was fun to model using photogrammetry. This very detailed music box is great to look at as well as spin and inspect. Can you find the 1 damaged animal on this mountain of doubled up creatures??? Asset Double is ready to model practically any real world asset/item that you can gain access to multiple sides Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
Uncharted Ring Box
A photogrammetry scan of a ring and box from the video game Uncharted Drake's Fortune. It was made as a promotional item around 2007. The ring is a replica of the one worn by Nathan Drake in the game. The ring is inscribed SIC PARVIS MAGNA ("Greatness from small beginnings"). On the inside it reads 9.32.79. This was tricky to scan, there is some reconstruction around the inside of the lid. Part of the latch has not scanned correctly. 294 photos taken with a Sony a6000 and processed in Agisoft Metashape. LOW Kirjelaatikko - Post box
The post boxes were introduced in Finland in 1845. This made mailing easier as sending letters was not tied to post offices' opening hours. This post box was in use from 1890's onwards. Post boxes were made of metal. The measurements of the opening permitted only letters of defined measures to be inserted. Post boxes were often attached to the wall of a post office. Yellow became the predominant color of post boxes in early 20th century. The object (PM-ES-96) and 3D model: Finnish Postal Museum (member of Traffic Museums Association). Classifying the Correctness of Generated White-Box Tests: An Exploratory Study
<p>White-box test generator tools rely only on the code under test to select test inputs, and capture the implementation's output as assertions. If there is a fault in the implementation, it could get encoded in the generated tests. Tool evaluations usually measure fault-detection capability using the number of such fault-encoding tests. However, these faults are only detected, if the developer can recognize that the encoded behavior is faulty. We designed an exploratory study to investigate how developers perform in classifying generated white-box test as faulty or correct. We carried out the study in a laboratory setting with 54 graduate students. The tests were generated for two open-source projects with the help of the IntelliTest tool. The performance of the participants were analyzed using binary classification metrics and by coding their observed activities. The results showed that participants incorrectly classified a large number of both fault-encoding and correct tests (with median misclassification rate 33% and 25% respectively). Thus the real fault-detection capability of test generators could be much lower than typically reported, and we suggest to take this human factor into account when evaluating generated white-box tests.<br> <br> This material contains the dataset and the recorded videos of the study.</p>
Entropy Poduction in a Box: Analysis of Instabilities in Confined Hydrothermal Systems

All relevant input and output files are given here for the scenarios discussed in our manuscript: (1) onset of convection, varying box geometry for (2) homogeneous models, and (3) heterogeneous models.</p> <p>Additionally, some Matlab files show how the simulation results are analyses d in terms of the entropy production.</p>
Box iron and slug - free download
Model made in Zbrush and textures added in Substance Painter. This type of iron would have been in use in the 1890s - for ironing clothes. The iron slug was heated on a fire or on a kitchen range before being placed into the cavity in the iron - the trap door slides upwards and can then be closed again afterwards. Click this link for more information on this type of iron https://www.objectlessons.org/houses-and-homes-victorians/box-iron--slug-victorian-original/s59/a962/ I decided to model this after seeing a Time Team YouTube video presented by Dani Wootton featuring an iron slug found in 2021 by a metal detectorist during a dig in Cornwall - Boden Fogou. I am a great fan of Time Team and a supporter of the current YouTube channel via Patreon. You are free to use this model in any way. Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
