FIGURE 7 in Phylogeny of dwarf geckos of the genus Lygodactylus (Gekkonidae) in the Western Indian Ocean
FIGURE 7. Bayesian inference tree of the mitochondrial 16S rRNA constructed with MrBayes based on 570 basepairs. The tree comprises 100 individuals of all species assigned to the Lygodactylus verticillatus group. Non-relevant clades were collapsed into triangles with the number of taxa written on it. The Lygodactylus tolampyae sensu lato clade is currently under taxonomic revision and comprises the taxa Lygodactylus tolampyae sensu stricto, Lygodactylus sp. 14 aff. tolampyae A, Lygodactylus sp. 15 aff. tolampyae B, Lygodactylus sp. 25 aff. tolampyae C, Lygodactylus sp. 27 aff. tolampyae D and Lygodactylus sp. 28 aff. tolampyae E. Branches are labelled with bootstrap percentages (BP) and Bayesian posterior probabilities (PP; BP | PP). Branch supports are missing where the tree topologies of BI and ML analyses are incongruent.

Datasets of the paper: Phylogeny of dwarf geckos of the genus Lygodactylus (Gekkonidae) in the Western Indian Ocean

Includes sequence alignments in fasta format used for (1) single-gene phylogenetic inference based on ND2 and 16S genes, respectively, (2) multi-gene phylogenetic inference, and (3) single-locus species delimitation with ND2 and 16S, respectively, using the program ASAP. Also includes an Excel table with all sequences plus the relevant metadata, as well as the results (group.svg files) from ASAP species delimitation analyses. Furthermore, a ZIP file with original pictures of Lygodactylus specimens examined for life coloration is included.

FIGURE 2 in Revision of zigzag geckos (Diplodactylidae: Amalosia) in eastern Australia, with description of five new species
FIGURE 2. Phylogeny of Amalosia geckos based on approximately 850 bp ND4 mtDNA. All described species is eastern Australia are shown as coloured clades, whereas lineages in the Northern Territory (and adjacent areas of north-west Queensland) and Western Australia (including A. obscura) are collapsed into two major clades. The scale bar shows 10% divergence.
