Log files data from online store
<p>As the number of online stores as well as buyers are increasing rapidly, researchers are working on understanding and improving the performance of online stores by studying customer behavior, interests, engagement etc., along with the technical aspects of online stores. This however requires access to log files of real-world. With this objective in mind, we have prepared and made publicly available high-frequency data-set containing one month of log files from an actual and popular Polish online store. This data-set can provide insights to user behavior as well as performance of the online store.</p>

<p>Hat die Charta der Grundrechte der Europäischen Union die zuvor stark kritisierte Grundrechtsprüfung des EuGH verbessert? Christian G. H. Riedel liefert zehn Jahre nach Inkrafttreten der Charta eine umfassende Bestandsaufnahme. Dabei untersucht er die Rechtsprechung aus systematischer, dogmatischer und kontextualisierender Perspektive.</p> <p>Der Online-Anhang bietet eine umfassende Übersicht über sämtliche Entscheidungen, in denen der Gerichtshof die Charta seit ihrem Inkrafttreten bis zum 31.12.2017 zitiert, sowie deren Einordnung in die in der Arbeit erstellten Fallgruppen. Er ist als Excel-Tabelle formatiert und kann nach unterschiedlichen Kriterien (z.B. Entscheidungsdatum, zitierter Charta-Artikel, Berichterstatter, Fallgruppe, Verfahrensart, Ursprungsland etc.) sortiert und gefiltert werden.</p> <p><strong>The European Court of Justice’s Fundamental Rights Review. Systematisation, Analysis and Contextualisation of Case Law following the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights’ Entry into Force.</strong></p> <p>Has the Charter of Fundamental Rights improved the ECJ’s previously strongly criticised fundamental rights review? Ten years after the Charter came into force, Christian G. H. Riedel delivers a comprehensive overview, examining the case law from a systematic, dogmatic and contextualising perspective.</p> <p>The online annex provides a comprehensive overview of all decisions in which the Court of Justice cites the Charter since its entry into force until 31.12.2017, as well as their classification into the groups of cases created in the work. It is formatted as an Excel sheet and can be sorted and filtered according to various criteria (e.g. date of decision, charter article cited, rapporteur, case group, type of procedure, country of origin, etc.).</p>

If an observation of blacknose dace, creek chub, chubs (Nocomis spp.), or stonerollers (Campostoma spp.) is reported on iNaturalist from the watersheds of Northern Lake Erie or Lake Ontario – Niagara Peninsula it is more likely to exhibit macroscopic signs of infection by metacercariae. Also a high percentage of the observations by user bkorol exhibited symptoms, all from Eastern Georgian Bay which is adjacent to the two other watersheds mentioned. Data were analyzed using conditional information trees in r using package caret to train and tune the model. Percentage of actual observations summarized in bar charts below each split that significantly described the data.

Watersheds shaded by the percentage of observations with signs of black spot infection for four groups of fishes, each of which show higher prevalence in the watersheds near Toronto and the northern shoreline of Lake Erie. Watersheds are transparent if only 1 or 2 fish were observed in them, otherwise they increase in opaqueness as sample number increase, those with>15 observations are solid. Refer to Table 1 for numbers.
