COMSOL models generated and solved on version 6.0. Unzip folder to access all files.</span></p> <p><span>Scripts are named according to the associated figures of the main manuscript:</span></p> <p><span> - fig1_transmittances.m generates the graphs of Fig. 1.</span></p> <p><span> - fig2_pti_dispersion.m generates the graphs of Fig. 2.</span></p> <p><span> - fig3etc_main_analysis.m (which calls subroutine fig3etc_main_analysis_sub.m) generates graphs of Fig. 3 and 4 as well as Supplementary Figures S6 and S11.</span></p> <p><span> - </span><span>fig5c_fffits.m and fig5d_ffmap.m generates plots of Fig. 5c and d, respectively. fig5_load_images.m performs preprocessing required to run fig5c_fffits.m and fig5d_ffmap.m from the raw data alone.</span></p> <p><span> - fig_s10_w1_loss_analysis.m generates the graphs of Fig. S10.</span></p> <p><span>Note that the data analysis also makes use of data derived from COMSOL simulations. The hidden legacy of megafaunal extinction: loss of functional diversity and resilience over the late Quaternary at Hall's Cave
<p>This dataset contains trait data and R code used in the analysis for the paper "Hedberg, C.P., Lyons S.K., & Smith F.A. (2021). THe Hidden Legacy of megafaunal extinction: loss of functional diversity and resilience over the Late Quaternary at Hall's Cave. Global Ecology and Biogeography. https://doi.org/10.1111/geb.13428"</p> <p>We collected data for eight functional traits (mass, diet, arboreality, cursoriality, soil disturbance, group size, activity period, migration habit) that collectively describe a species' ecological role and influence on ecosystem processes. With these data, we investigated changes in functional diversity and redundancy of a local mammal community over time at Hall's Cave, a site in Central Texas with a continuous record from 21,000 years ago to the present. Additionally, we included several common introduced and domestic species to the modern community to test whether they restore some lost ecological function. </p> <p>We found that declines in functional diversity were greater than expected given the decrease in species richness, implying lost taxa contributed higher than average distinct ecological function. Functional distances between remaining species increased through time leading to lowered functional redundancy in younger communities. However, recently introduced taxa increased functional diversity to levels similar to the Holocene and partially restored functional space occupied by Late Pleistocene fauna. Our local-scale analysis demonstrates how prolonged biodiversity erosion not only leads to functionally depauperate communities, but critically lowers ecological resilience to future disturbance.</p>

The King´s Hall
The King's hall is the most lavish of all the rooms at Skokloster Castle. It is situated in the middle of the Wrangel apartments, between the rooms of the count and those of the countess. In the Wrangel era the room was called "The Everyday Diningroom". In the 18th Century, when portraits of kings and queens started filling up the walls, it became known as "The King's Hall". Ipswich Town Hall
Officially the only 3D digital model of Ipswich Town Hall ever created. Ipswich Town Hall is a municipal building in Ipswich, in the county of Suffolk, England. It is a Grade II listed building. Ipswich Town Hall c. 1867-68 The first town hall had its origins in a chapel dedicated to St Mildrith which had been converted into a civic building by the insertion of an upper floor in the 18th century. This building together with an adjacent building standing to the east of it were remodelled with a new facade in the Paladian style by Benjamin Catt in 1818.
