Data set containing the energy landscapes for GPO and GPP tropocollagen models under pulling forces
<p>Energy landscapes (databases of minima and transition states) for GPO and GPP repeat collagen models under constant pulling forces as explored with OPTIM and PATHSAMPLE with an AMBER force field.</p> <p>The systems are seven GPO or GPP per chain capped with ACE and NME.</p> <p> The forces applied are 0 pN (F0), 10 pN (F1), 50 pN (F2), 100 pN (F3), 250 pN (F4), 500 pN (F5) and 750 pN (F6).</p> <p>The folders contains numerous analysis scripts and graphs. Most of these assume python with numpy and pandas, as well as cpptraj from AMBERTools.</p>

<p>This dataset contains structures, distance descriptors and relative energies of two-polaron configurations in a defected 2×2×1 supercell of Li<sub>4</sub>Ti<sub>5</sub>O<sub>12</sub>. Structures are given in ASE-readable xyz files in the archive lto_bulk_polaron_structures.tar.gz. Distance descriptors and energies are contained in a csv (tab separated) Training+Test-data.dat. Data is thereby separated into Training and test data. Energies in part computed from the given structures and in part extracted from J. Phys. Chem. Lett. 11, 2535 (2020).</p> <p> </p>

Deposition of amorphous carbon at different energies modeled with GAP
<p>These videos show the simulated deposition, one atom at a time, of amorphous carbon (a-C) films. The system is equilibrated to 300 K after each impact and before the next deposition event. Different deposition energies are simulated, from 1 eV to 100 eV. The atoms are deposited onto a preexisting diamond substrate, shown in the 60 eV video; after 2500 depositions at 60 eV, the generated a-C film is used as template to deposit all the other films. The interatomic interactions are modeled with the a-C GAP of Deringer and Csányi [Phys. Rev. B <strong>95</strong>, 094203 (2017)] interfaced through LAMMPS [http://lammps.sandia.gov]. The visualization is carried out with VMD [http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd] using Axel Kohlmeyer's TopoTools [DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.545655]. For further information, refer to Phys. Rev. Datasets on experimental lab studies on energy citizenship (Task 4.3, D4.2)
<p>The anonymized datasets are part of the Report on experimental lab studies on energy citizenship (D4.2, <a href="https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.10813813" target="_blank" rel="noopener">https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.10813813</a>). In this report, we present nine studies with a total of N = 5,175 participants that investigated the psychological questions of what role the set-up of energy communities plays in encouraging energy citizenship and support for energy communities (RQ1), whether and how collective agency motivates energy citizenship (RQ2), and the conditions under which positive or negative pro-environmental spillover effects occur (RQ3). Studies 10 and 11 are follow-up studies that build on the previous studies. </p>
