Comparative analysis of ADC values between high-cost (US331-000005-030PA) and low-cost (B07YZLCSRP) depth sensors
<p>The dataset provides a comparison between an expensive depth sensor, the "US331-000005-030PA", and a cheaper sensor, the "B07YZLCSRP". The dataset includes the ADC values from both sensors as well as the offset between them.</p> <p>Data were collected using an autonomous underwater profiler called s-Nautilus at the Real Club de Regatas de Cartagena. During this test, the s-Nautilus profiler was moved to various depths, and the time and 12-bit ADC values from both sensors were recorded.</p> <p>The recorded variables include:</p> <ul> <li><strong>timestamp UNIX (s):</strong> the timestamp indicating the date and time of each measurement.</li> <li><strong>hours (hh:mm:ss):</strong> time of recording of each measurement.</li> <li><strong>incr_time (s): </strong>cumulative time increment for each measurement.</li> <li><strong>ADC cheap sensor (unit of ADC of 12 bits): </strong>12-bit ADC values of depth sensor "B07YZLCSRP" at various depths of the s-Nautilus.</li> <li><strong>ADC expensive sensor (unit of ADC of 12 bits):</strong> 12-bit ADC values of depth sensor "US331-000005-030PA" at various depths of the s-Nautilus.</li> <li><strong>ADC difference (unit of ADC of 12 bits):</strong> difference in ADC values between the two sensors.</li> <li><strong>ADC + offset (unit of ADC of 12 bits):</strong> ADC values of depth sensor "B07YZLCSRP" adjusted by calculated offset.</li> <li><strong>average ADC differences (unit of ADC of 12 bits):</strong> average offset ADC for all measurements.</li> </ul>

<p>This data is a supplement to the publication entitled "Theoretical Study on the Photoacidity of Hydroxypyrene Derivatives in DMSO Using ADC(2) and CC2" in the The Journal of Physical Chemistry A (DOI: 10.1021/acs.jpca.2c04436). It contains the structures (as '.xyz' files) and HF/DFT energies from the quantum chemical (QC) calculations using TURBOMOLE (version 7.4).</p> <p>Additional information on the file structure is given in the README file.</p>
Table S2.- ADC phylogeny data set.
<p>Data set for phylogenetic analysis, we used the Pfam v31.0 database to determine which proteinortho clusters represent the ADC proteins. A total of 37 homologs belonging to alphaproteobacteria sequences were tested with a group of nine external sequences were aligned against Muscle v3.8.31. The resulting dataset containing 46 putative ADC homologs was used to infer the evolutionary relationships. We used ProtTest3 v3.4.2 for the evolutionary model and, the best result was LG+G model; using amino acid alignment. The phylogenetic analysis was performed with PhyML v3.3.20170530 under (-d aa -m LG -a e -o ltr) parameters. </p>
Database of the RILEM TC 304-ADC interlaboratory study on mechanical properties of 3D printed concrete (ILS-mech)
<p>The RILEM TC 304-ADC has set up a large interlaboratory study on the mechanical properties of 3D printed concrete (ILS-mech). The study was prepared in 2022 by a preparation group leading to a Study Plan which the TC approved on 29 November 2022 (<a href="https://doi.org/10.14459/2023mp1705940">https://doi.org/10.14459/2023mp1705940</a>). The ILS-mech was performed in 2023. The data was collected using a pre-prepared spreadsheet template. For data management, a database was derived and set-up in openBIS. The underlying Postgres database of openBIS was exported to the here-published SQLite database for sharing without maintaining a server. The structure of the database is described in (<a href="https://doi.org/10.1617/s11527-025-02650-9">https://doi.org/10.1617/s11527-025-02650-9</a>).
