<p><strong>I. Foll. 1-3</strong>. <a href="https://id.loc.gov/authorities/names/n78052447.html">‘ABD AL-GHAFÛR LÂRÎ</a>’S (d. A.H. 912) Glosses on <em>Jâmî’s</em> preface to his Commentary on the <em>Kâfiyah</em> (see no. <a href="https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.5799780">928</a>).</p>
<p>Well written. Framed with red lines.</p>
<p><strong>II. Foll. 5-12</strong>. Glosses on the passage of <em>Jâmî’s</em> Commentary which treats of the “specification” التمییز, by MUḤAMMAD KÂSHIF.</p>
<p>Begins:</p>
<p>ان احسن ما یتمسک به فی الوصول الی ذروة الکمال الخ</p>
<p>Clearly written in Nasta’lîḳ.</p>
<p><strong>III. Foll. 13-14</strong>. Two short treatises on Existence, identical with no. 586, V. and VI.</p>
<p>Written in a minute character.</p>
<p><strong>IV. Fol.15<em>r</em></strong>. A note on Apprehension, التصورات, by <a href="https://id.loc.gov/authorities/names/nr92018469.html">JALÂL AL-DÎN DAWWÂNÎ</a> (d. A.H. 907), identical with that described in Cat. Lugd. iii. 380.</p>
<p><strong>V. Fol. 15<em>v</em></strong>. A note on Necessity, beginning:</p>
<p> اعلم ان الضرورة هی استحالة انفکاک نسبة المحمول الی الموضوع الخ</p>

Notes on a passage of <a href="https://entities.oclc.org/worldcat/entity/E39PBJk4yDPqVKqXmtGjfQ7fv3.html"><em>Saiyid Sharîf</em> </a><em><a href="https://entities.oclc.org/worldcat/entity/E39PBJk4yDPqVKqXmtGjfQ7fv3.html">Jurjânî</a>’s</em> Glosses on Ḳuṭb-aldîn’s Commentary on the <em>Shamsîyah</em>, identical with no. <a href="https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.5514209">585</a>, II. They are ascribed here to ḤANAFÎ (مولانا حنفی).</p>
<p>At the end is a note, beginning کل مدع ثابت ascribed to مولانا احمد جند, <em>i.e.</em> AḤMAD JANDÎ?</p>
<p><strong>VII. Foll. 19-22</strong>. A short logical treatise, proving the necessary to be only one. According to the inscription, هذه رسالة لطیفة مجموعة لطفیة (!) معنی وحدة الواجب و ادلته و بعض المغالطات, the author seems to be <a href="https://entities.oclc.org/worldcat/entity/E39PCjGgdHCKpDvxbKcM3hQQbd.html">Molla LUṬFÎ</a> (d. A.H. 900).</p>
<p><strong>VIII. Fol. 23</strong>. A definition of knowledge, beginning:</p>
<p> العلم صفة توجب تمیزا لا یحتمل النقیض الخ</p>

<p>Copied by ‘Abd al-raḥmân b, Yâdkâr Muḥammad اوراسامی (?).</p>
<p><strong>XIV. Foll. 55-75</strong>. Explanation of various idiomatic expressions, verses, etc., occurring in <em>Jâmî’s</em> Commentary on the <em>Kâfiyah </em>[ed. note = الفوائد الضيائية مخطوطة]. The author, who does not give his name, is, according to the inscription of the title-page, SHAMS AL-DÎN MUḤAMMAD ḲUHISTÂNÎ.<sup>1 </sup>Cf. Ḥ. Kh. vi. 83. The work is dated A.H. 952 [=1545-56 CE]. The author wrote it in Transoxania.</p>
