This initial bait is found in the immediately following copy, at the beginning of the Mar&acirc;th&icirc;, and in No. 683 of the Bodleian Cat., col. 530, No. 13, at that of the ترجيعات و مراثي , a combination of refrain-poems and elegies which seems to be implied here too.</p> <p>8.Ghazaliyy&acirc;t (غزليّات), comprising the four branches, separated in all the preceding copies, viz. The Ṭayyib&acirc;t, the early ghazals, the Bad&acirc;&rsquo;i&rsquo;, and the Khaw&acirc;t&icirc;m, on fol. 223<sup>b</sup>, beginning: اوّل دفتر بنام ايزد الخ . Exactly the same combination of the minor lyrical pomes of Sa&rsquo;d&icirc; is found in the following copy, No. 1121.</p> <p>These collected ghazals have been specially edited (together with the بهار دانش), Calcutta, about 1784, and 1811.</p> <p>9.
