Disponibilidad y aporte vitamínico del fruto Ciruelo (Spondias Dulcis)
<p>Se muestra los resultados del análisis del contenido vitamínico del ciruelo (<em>Spondias dulcis</em>) que es un fruto característico en la costa nariñense. Se estudió su contenido vitamínico y disponibilidad usando triangulación de entrevistas y pruebas de cromatografía líquida (UVD y FLD). Los resultados: disponibilidad anual, 3,54 g de vitamina C presente, carencia de vitaminas A, D y E.</p>
