DDISH-GI: Dynamic Distributed Spherical Harmonics Global Illumination - Supplementary Video

A supplementary video for the upcoming publication "DDISH-GI: Dynamic Distributed Spherical Harmonics Global Illumination". The video includes a comparison to a state-of-the-art method and also to the path traced ground truth. Limitations of the proposed method are also shown.

Dynamic Evolution of Changbaishan Volcanism in Northeast China Illuminated by Machine Learning

This dataset is for our work entitled "Dynamic Evolution of Changbaishan Volcanism in Northeast China Illuminated by Machine Learning".

This dataset includes: 1) The Cenozoic basalts in Changbaishan area used for predicting, 2) The IAB (Island Arc Basalts) and OIB (Ocean Island Basalts) samples used for training machine learning models.

Illuminating Tycho's Rays: Automated Crater Census Uncovers Equilibrium Dynamics and Regolith Stratification on the Lunar Surface

Excel files containing all crater data are output from ArcMap.

DATA_HUMA_craters_raw contains two files for the *186 and *808 NAC images as coordinates and diameter (km). These are all the manual labelling for the NACs, with not-included data. Full set.

DATA_YOLO_craters_raw contains several files for each sub-area, coordinates, diameter, and additional information

DATA_selected_craters is a table that formed the basis for the analysis. It lists the crater sizes for each area (summed) and gives the surface area of the regions under investigation.

The UMA-VI dataset: Visual–inertial odometry in low-textured and dynamic illumination environments

This article presents a visual–inertial dataset gathered in indoor and outdoor scenarios with a handheld custom sensor rig, for over 80 min in total. The dataset contains hardware-synchronized data from a commercial stereo camera (Bumblebee®2), a custom stereo rig, and an inertial measurement unit. The most distinctive feature of this dataset is the strong presence of low-textured environments and scenes with dynamic illumination, which are recurrent corner cases of visual odometry and simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) methods. The dataset comprises 32 sequences and is provided with ground-truth poses at the beginning and the end of each of the sequences, thus allowing the accumulated drift to be measured in each case. We provide a trial evaluation of five existing state-of-the-art visual and visual–inertial methods on a subset of the dataset. We also make available open-source tools for evaluation purposes, as well as the intrinsic and extrinsic calibration parameters of all sensors in the rig. The dataset is available for download at http://mapir.uma.es/work/uma-visual-inertial-dataset

Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy under Variable Illumination: A Novel Technique To Unveil Charge Carrier Dynamics in GaN

SPV curve in logarithmic scale; XPS results before heating, after heating, and after sputtering; SPV after days in darkness; and AFM and CPD maps (before and after heating) of larger areas with higher spatial resolution than the ones presented here (PDF)
