Length of the embolus was measured from its apex to the subtegulum (blue line). For the tegulum length a perpendicular line was projected from the tegulum posterior edge (black line). The tegulum length was measured from the end of embolus to the projected line (red line). Embolus width was measured at the half of embolus length (yellow line).
