Responsibilities
- Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Direct the staff that is responsible for a broad spectrum of statistical activities Provide guidance and review of statistical activities that are the responsibility of OEUS/BLS Consult with program managers and analysts within the office on the conceptual framework and objectives of the program Research, evaluate, and implement methods to reduce non-sampling errors Plan and determine program goals and objectives, set priorities, monitor work in progress, and allocate resources to ensure that critical production and development work is completed on time
