ConductScience Returns & Refund Policy

At ConductScience, we strive to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Items Eligible for Return

  • Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with security seals unbroken.
  • A proof of purchase or receipt must be included in the return package.
  • Items must be shipped using tracked and insured delivery.
  • Custom-built, made-to-order, or sterile-use products are not eligible for return unless defective upon arrival.

Return Instructions

  1. Contact us at info@conductscience.com to initiate a return.
  2. Include the following in your return package:
    • Original delivery note or printed invoice
    • Note specifying item(s) being returned, reason for return, and original order number
  3. Ship securely with all included accessories and packaging using a registered/trackable courier service.
  4. For international returns, clearly mark "Returned Goods – No Commercial Value" on the customs declaration.

Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus applicable fees.
  • A 4% administrative and restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to an error or product defect.

Damaged, Defective, or Mis-shipped Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective upon arrival
  • Incorrectly shipped

Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide return instructions and may offer a:

  • Replacement item (at no cost), or
  • Full refund, including return shipping

In these cases, we will cover all associated shipping costs.

Unclaimed or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is unclaimed or returned to ConductScience:

  • You may choose to have it re-shipped (additional shipping charges apply), or
  • Receive a refund minus:
    • Original shipping fee
    • 4% admin/restocking fee

Cancellations

  • All sales are considered final once payment is processed.
  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing begins.
  • If cancellation is possible prior to shipment, a 4% cancellation fee applies.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or damaged items
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Custom, sterile, or temperature-sensitive goods
  • Products returned after 30 days without prior authorization

ConductCare Service Plans

Standard Care is included with every ConductScience product purchase and is non-transferable. It activates the day your equipment ships and runs for 12 months.

Extended Care plans are refundable within 30 days of purchase if no service claims have been made. After the 30-day window, refunds are pro-rated by month for unused coverage.

On-site engineer visits are non-refundable once scheduled. Day rate and travel are billed against the visit on completion. If a visit is canceled with at least 5 business days' notice, scheduled labor is refunded; travel arrangements already incurred (flights, hotels) remain billable.
