<p>Session #13 of the REINFORCE Critical &amp; Scientific Thinking course, entitled, &#39;The New Philosophy of Science&#39;, is given by Stefano Gattei, Professor of Science in Society, at the University of Trento, Italy.</p> <p>During the session, Prof. Gattei begins with a brief recap of the history of the revolution in scientific thought during the first half of the twentieth century, before introducing the revolutionary New Philosophy of Science, which emerged with the opening of the second half of the century. The session covers the works of Kuhn and Feyerabend, while also exploring Toulmin, Hanson and Polanyi.</p>

<p>The Computational History of Philosophy of Science (Comp HOPOS) aims to be a comprehensive set of article and (when available) book chapter metadata for philosophy of science.&nbsp; The dataset covers the full run of over 40 journals and 3 major book series in the field.&nbsp; An automated author disambiguation script is used to construct canonical names for each author, and a combination of gender attribution methods is used to attribute the gender of each author.&nbsp; The full code used to generate the dataset is available at <a href="https://github.com/dhicks/comp-HOPOS">https://github.com/dhicks/comp-HOPOS</a>.&nbsp; See the file data_dictionary.txt for data dictionary and additional information.</p>

It was translated (into Syriac) by the priest S&Acirc;KH&Icirc;Y&Ucirc;S (<em>i.e.</em> Zachaeus, ساخنوس in this MS.), and is called کتاب العلل, or, originally, الجامع للاشیاء. Concludes: فهذا ما اردت اثباته من المنطق و مباحث المنطق کثیرة جدا لکن ما خرج منها عن هذا القدر الذی (قد) اوردته فلیس بمهمّ عند طالبی الحقائق الخ.</p> <p>The second part (foll. 60-174) comprises the Physics and Metaphysics.
