Claims are reviewed at least every 12 months

We review sooner when a source is corrected, a product specification changes, or new evidence changes the appropriate scope.

    The source, scope, limits, and page wording were checked together.

  2. Before the due date

    Earlier review when the basis changes

    A corrected source, changed specification, or new evidence starts a new review without waiting for the scheduled date.

  3. Next scheduled review

    The source and wording are re-read even when no earlier trigger appears.

    If support can no longer be confirmed, we narrow the statement, describe function only, or remove it.
