ConductVision Trace (ConductScience, Inc.) will be used for semi-automated neuron reconstruction and morphological analysis. The annual subscription ($X,XXX) provides integrated tracing, 40+ quantitative morphology metrics including Sholl analysis, and SWC-format export compatible with community databases (NeuroMorpho.Org). This replaces the need for separate tracing, analysis, and visualization software, reducing per-neuron processing time by approximately 75%.
