A closed-vessel microwave digestion system that takes solid samples to complete dissolution ahead of elemental analysis. Quartz and TFM vessels with duplex-steel pressure jackets carry the digest to 300 °C, and automated cooling and pressure release return the rotor to a safe opening state without operator intervention.
Key features
- Rapid cooling of the reaction chamber.
- Programmed independent cooling water circulation for rapid cooling of high temperatures.
- Precision spiral water cooling process to enhance heat exchange area and maximize cooling time.
- Rapid cooling with no secondary boiling due to pressure relief.
- Efficient Coupling Technology ——Patented technology
- Direct coupling of microwave excitation and waveguide design which has been granted to improve microwave efficiency.
- The microwave impedance is completely matched, and the microwave transmission efficiency is improved to the best
- Barrel type symmetrical sample holder ensures the consistency of sample digestion.
Applications
Built for elemental analysis and sample-preparation laboratories.
- The super microwave digestion instrument can not only be used extensively in the digestion of basic samples such as biological, food, medicine, material, cosmetic and environmental samples, but can also be applicable to the samples that are hard to be digested by the traditional microwave, such as porcelain, carbon, ore, petroleum and PEEK samples. In the pressurized digestion cavity, multiple samples can be analyzed simultaneously; complete digestion can be fulfilled even for mixed samples, requiring no sample classification.
- Soil sample analyzing
- Cosmetic sample analyzing
- Pharmaceutics sample analyzing
- Geological and mining
- Microwave digestion is widely used in the fields including biology, food, medicine, geology, metallurgy, coal, environmental monitoring.
- The fully automated microwave workstation is suitable for the digestion of the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, environmental, food, geological and mining and petrochemical samples.
- The pre-pressure and high-temperature heating functions fully meet the special requirements for complex samples.
Safety
- The temperature is up to 300 ℃; Pressure up to 200Bar.
- The pressure-bearing parts of the tank are designed with duplex steel to ensure pressure resistance and reliability
- This machine can automated cooling, release the pressure and open the lid to keep the operator away from the high pressure cavity.
- In the heating process, the bumping of sample can be effectively suppressed without cross-contaminate.
- Pressure balance inside and outside the tube. The tube would not deform, which make the product last longer.
- The design of the device conforms to GB/T 26814 Microwave Disintegration Device and the standard design specification for pressure vessels
- High-pressure piping with Teflon is adopted inside and external positive pressure atmosphere process to prevent acid corrosion
